just returned from our 7th stay at this hotel Very good value for money, brilliant staff superb location just mins from beach and if you dont want to walk they will take you in their tuk tuk free of charge! (hourly service) Cleanliness exemplary and nothing too much trouble for the staff here.

Just returned from Royal Paradise Hotel was superb, Nice staff good location (5 mins to beach/shopping) spotlessly cleaned rooms and nothing too much trouble for the staff to meet your requests. Stayed in Paradise wing (15th floor) Views superb both mountains and sea can be seen from this height . Breakfast has lots of choice (eggs anyway, bacon.ham,fruit, bread,pastries,juice,and even curry and noodles if you want them!!) Yuki on reception is the best you could ask for. Give it a try you wont be sorry

Even the hotel has good location and is very clean. All the furniture is very dated and the other facilities are very dated. I dont think it should be categorized a s a four stars

ロイヤルウィングのデラックスルーム＃3610は、街の騒音も伝わり難い部分で 静かで落ち着くことができました。＃3608位までは音が気になるかもしれません。エレベーターから離れるほど、街の騒音から解放されるつくりです。 ◆良かった：スタッフが感じが良く気持ちよくホテル生活をエンジョイできました。 部屋も快適に過ごせる様メンテナンスされ、スタッフが努力しています。次回も利用しようと思います。 ◆悪かった：とても立地が良く助かりましたが、ホテルの周りはちょっと家族向きではございません。レディーボー が多かったりパンツ姿のＧＯＧＯ　ＢＯＹがコンビニにいたり…面白かったですが、子供には見せたくないです。ホテルの食事は私達の口にはあいませんでした。

Just off main street so walking to malls, bars and markets but quiet. Big hotel - great breakfast selection. A little tired and could do with a refurb but large rooms with balcony. Would stay again and a big thanks to Aris the hotel driver :-)

Everything was very good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday by friendly staff. Location is great, no need to catch a taxi, easy walk to restaurants, beach and shopping. Stayed 12 nights with 3 children. Staff good with children, great pool, lovely gardens. Will stay again.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help us every time we needed something. The room we book for non-smokers was smelling very bad and when we complain they changed room for us, an upgrade, which was fantastic. We really appreciated it. The food was abundant and relatively good. The access to the internet was extremely expensive. Better have access to the internet cafés.

First time using Hotelclub for booking! Easy check In without any hassle. Hotel tat week when stayed very crowded too,probably they happened to have a conference goin on. Guess this hotel is getting to be very popular area each n every year. Well recommanded hotel if likes amenities around.

We got a room in Royal Wing, which was not very high. If you want to have bird eye's view of Phuket, you need to opt for Paradise wing, which is more expensive. They only told us about that at the point of check in, which was a bit too late. The floor was ceramic tiled, and a bit wet and sticky. The location was great anyway. The busy Bangla Road was just a short walk away, and there was a big shopping mall nearby. The beach was near, too, so you can reach a lot of places on foot.
