My trip was really good. I came to the hotel to celebrate New years with my boyfriend. He got extremly sick and could not make the trip. I stayed at the hotel by myself. The staff was so nice. I ate dinner at the hotel. It was great! I also had breakfast the next morning. The staff was so gracious. I even took advantage of the whirlpool! I would do this again any time!

Considering a not so clean experience the week prior at the Econo Lodge, this was quite a treat! Nice clean room, smelled clean, not like stale smoke. I will be staying here again we we make our hlafway stop to Florida..the bed was the BOMB!

The room wreaked of smoke. I requested a non smoking room but it was obvious by the ash tray tht is was a smoking room. Now my clothes wreak of smoke too. The minute we walked into the room i saw a few things that housekeeping left...trash on the floor not so clean toilet....i was just dissatisfied overall and wouldnt stay there again...

The hotel staff was friendly and nice. The room itself was not very clean. Dirty sheets and pillowcases. Cockroaches on wall which totally flipped us out. Had to ask for bath towels the first day there.

The location was great! I was very disappointed in the way the pool was not supervised. There were guests in the pool having sex and using curse words. Numerous guests wanted to get in the pool to swim, but due to the company that was already in the pool they went back to their rooms. The smell of alcohol was so strong, my girls and I finally told my husband let's go. We were not afraid of the noisy and inconsiderate guets because we knew how to handle any type of situation that might have came up, but our girls have been wanting to swim and we had to break our promise. The lamps didn't work in our rooms and their were cigarette stains on the lamp shade... Plus there was a gooey brown stain on the ceiling for two days - we checked it to see if they would have seen it when they supposedly cleaned our room. We will NOT being staying there again!!!

We stayed at this same motel in the past when it was called "Quality Inn" Let me tell you the "quality" has left the building. The remote control to the TV didn't work. The alarm clock didn't work (we couldn't even set the time). The hair dryer didn't work. We had luke-warm water for a shower after running the water for about 5 minutes. There was no iron or ironing board. The rooms used to have a microwave and small refrigerator, they are gone. The WiFi didn't work. When I called the front desk about it they said that they would call the maintenance guy to reset it and then abruptly cut me off. I waited 20 minutes and the WiFi never came up. I went to the the front desk and it worked up there. So I asked if they had a room where I could work. They stuck me in their restaurant where the AC was turned off (in south Alabam in the Summer). Mean while they had 5 gals hanging around the front desk yacking very louding and generally not doing anything at all. To top it all off they had the gall to charge us a $15 pet fee. I won't EVER stay there again! Avoid that RAT HOLE like the PLAGUE!

On the highway we were traveling so it was convenient. The room had two beds and a nice bathroom, with sink out side stool room. The refrigerator did not have a freezer, but kept cold things cold. Nice big screen TV. Cheap gas across the road.

This was just AWFUL! Of course, our non-smoking room reaked of smoke. It was so bad that we just left without trying to get a refund. The pictures they have for this Motel 6 aren't the pictures of the real Motel 6 in Dothan.

The staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate the error between [...] and the local system. The reservation for my wife and I was in good order and the room had been remodeled. The room for our children was not ready and they substituted a larger room, but it was clearly a smoking room that was basically uninhabitable for non-smokers.The staff was courteous, attentive and willing to work with us. When you are seeking to save a few dollars this place is it.

Rooms were very clean and smelled nice. The people in the room next to us came in at 3:30ama and were very loud and played TV until about 5:00am. The bed was hard and pillows flat but I always bring my own pillow anyway.

We understood we were booking a suite but when we got there it was only a double room. They had suites but he price was double what we were quoted so we just made due. The continental breakfast was literally coffee and muffins. The front desk staff was friendly.

Check in was a bit slow, the room was very large. The remote didn't work except to turn the tv on and off, and I was told there wasn't another available. Everything else was great, the housekeepers were great. The hot breakfast was very tasty and filling, and the bagels, toast, jam and juices were plentiful The desk clerks always said hello and goodbye. I would stay here again, I booked my trip based on reviews, this hotel lived up to each and every previous review. I have recommended it to my family, who will be in the area in May.

We wanted somewhere inexpensive, but clean, to stay at night, so we would not have such a long drive from home to Panama City Beach and back. We like to eat at Hunt's Oyster Bar also. This was REAL close. The lady at the service desk at check-in was nice and accomadating. Would stay here again.

We are 90 minutes from Floridas beautiful beaches. The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, free local telephone calls and complimentary coffee. There are 47 rooms at the hotel. We offer king sized, full sized and queen beds. You have the choice of smoking or non-smoking rooms. We also have wheelchair accessible accommodations. We accept all major credit cards. We offer web specials all year long. Our rates are very reasonable and competitive. In addition, we are a good standing member of Dothan Chamber of Commerce. Was in Dothan overnight for the 2 day TriState BBQ Festival. Room had very old carpet & furnishings. The desk chair had body fluid stains on it (gross), this may be due to the "normal" use of this establishment, which I found out from locals after I had stayed there. The door security deadbolt lock couldn't be used since the door was not level...glad I had my portable security bar with me so I used that. When I commented to the desk clerk on checkout, (same one that had checked me in) his reply was that I needed to lift the door up so it would line up...not sure why he didn't tell me that when he checked me in! Bed was fairly comfortable and the sheets were clean. They did have hot water for the shower and clean towels. If you want to close your eyes to what this room looked like you could be comfortable...I am just glad I only spent one night here. Would not stay here again.
I would not recommend to an enemy let alone a friend.

I really enjoyed my one night stay at the Guest House Inn....once I found it. Very difficult to see from the street. even when I saw the "entrance" sign. The motel itself was very clean and the person at the desk was friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Friendly check in. Fast food, gas, liquor store, and sit down restaurants next door. You have to look for the building while driving-it is set back off the highway. Breakfast is lacking. Did'nt try the pool.
