could be done. My room was spotless. I was able to
rest after a longg flight that originated in New York. The front desk staff was very helpful in recommending Taxi service and arranging for their
shuttle to take me to the airport the following day.

This is my third stay at this hotel. Each time it has been losing something. This time was the worst--fan in bathroom did not work, curtain ripped, more dirt than normal. Rom was not ready when I was told it would be. Housekeeper had an attitude when I was waiting by the pool for the room to be completed. I like LaQuinta and will stay at a different one next time.

The location of the inn is fine it just the room smelled and the furniture was very old, and the box spring had no dust ruffle on it and the mattress set was old, the room didn't come across good at all it had new carpet but old bedspreads and the towels looked dirty, and the bathtub needed to be cleaned.

When I got there I had quite a bit of luggage and there was no elevator so I had to make several trips. The room was cool and it was HOT outside, I appreciated that. I liked that there were cameras for the stairs and the parking lot, that made me comfortable, slightly. There were signs on ALL the doors that said No Smoking, but every day, all day there was the smell of smoke right outside my door and down the stairs. When I arrived their printer was out of ink and I had to come back down to get my receipt. I felt someone should have brought it to me!

This hotel is in serious need of a refurbishment. The entire hotel has an old, musty, stale smell that permeated my clothing during my two-day stay. The carpet is shot. Paint is dingy, glass is dirty. I understand the price point this hotel targets, but at some point you do have to clean the place up. It was inexpensive, so my expectations were not high, but even my modest expectations were not met. I have stayed in hotels near the same price point that were clean. Also, beware: Doors at either end of this hotel are not locked at night.

Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-8PM, Saturday 10AM-4PM and closed Sunday. Great location to tons of shopping, the Universities and high tech corps in area. Hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Large bathrooms and each room has a terrace facing a pretty courtyard. I would definitly stay there again.

Rooms were clean enough though hard amenities (tub, sink, etc) were worn.

We arrived at the Best Western Rocket City just a couple days after power was restored from being out due to the April 27th tornadoes. Everything was working fine, and it was a nice room. The hotel was in a good area with restaurants and shopping close by on University Avenue.

We were in Huntsville for a wedding receiption that was held at this same hotel we were staying at. Our rooms were very comfortable and very clean. We had a great view of the Space Museum. We would definitely come back to this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to make a few changes to the reservation to make us a little more comfortable at no extra charge. Breakfast wasnt included, but the cleanliness and service made up for it. We even got a call from the front desk a few minutes after we arrived-they just checked to see if all was well with the room.

What a beuatiful hotel with an exceptionally clean room. The concierge and front desk staff were always helpful and available. KUDOS!
The only negative to mention is that the restaurant staff often seemed overwhelmed and disattentive. There was an elderly woman at the cash register in the restaurant who was less than friendly. This is in stark contrast to services provided by other employees at the hotel!

I stayed at the Fairfield before traveling to the Space and Rocket Center. The location was great - I was able to walk to Target to pick up a few forgotten items.

The location was great. A movie theater and mall was less than a mile away. A large variety of dining options were very close to the hotel. My wife and I came down for an outdoors concert, however it was rained out, but we still had a great time. This will be our hotel of choice the next time we are in Huntsville!!!!!

I had a nice time at the Hotel but the only thing that bothered me was, we stayed on the bottom floor and the upper guest was very noisy. I think what they did they put their kids in a room alone while they(adult) had their own room. Those kids played and stomped all night and early the next morning. I have to have complete silent in order for me to fall asleep and that didn't happen. Other than that I was okay, but I could use some sleep right about now.

hotel waived internet access charge. no pool. the room size, with kitchenette, is adequate. some of the customers were using cabs for their mode of transportation, due to the large volume of cabs going and coming. quiet during my stay. one exit down from the space center. front desk very responsive to my needs. good value for the money

I was pleased with the overall stay at the facility, it was clean and in a good location for my business. The downside for me was the high speed internet connection. It was very poor. Either the wireless transmitter was poorly located or didn't work at all. The connection speed when it worked was extremely slow, almost like a dial up connection. The service was good, good location, but I would not stay there again if my trip depended upon internet connections for on going business communications. This is a shame as the accomadations were quite good.

I wouldn't hurry back to a Knight Inn again, was
okay stay, couldn't beat the price. But one day
didn't even clean our room, had to get own TP and clean towels from cart; plus the walls were paper thin.

Our stay was good. Overall the complimentary breakfast should be better. Only served pastry like honey buns,pecan pies,and pound cake loaf with beverages. Dry toast,bagels, fruit,or boiled eggs would be nice.Being there for sports all weekend, towels was a problem.Wasn't allowed extra(s) until the next day at 10:00am when housekeepers came around.Overall the stay was ok.

This was a clean hotel, and the staff was very pleasant. It met our needs and afforded some amenities other hotels did not offer such as an in-house store that offered everything from sodas to microwavable meals. There was also a stove,a full size refrigerator and a toaster oven that could be rented if needed. The hotel was not in the center of the attractions but it was within 5 miles from a lot of the attractions.

We enjoyed the suite the first weekend (7/1/11-7/4/11) it was very clean and neat. My daughter and I returned the following weekend and the suite we got had a damaged heater/ac unit and was not quite as neat. But it is in a great location and the amenities were very nice. We will stay again when we visit Huntsville.

Good location, on the main strip in town, with any kind of restaurant you would think of. Hotel very clean, staff very helpful. Standard BF fare. The pool was nice, and staff opened it up for me to get some early exercies in. Would certainly use this facility again.
