Nice, new place. The decor was pleasant. The staff always greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The cafe was especially lovely, with a nice happy hour, decent wines and good food during happy hour. The lamb dinner was delicious as well! The room was comfortable, though a bit noisy (being next to the train tracks with thin walls). The bed had a lot of comfy pillows - I mean a lot!. We didn't have the sleep number bed but ours was comfortable if a bit lumpy (not sure why).

When we arrived at the hotel the room we requested (regular room) was kept by the previous clients for an extra day, so they upgraded us to an executive suite with no extra chages. Very nice, comfortable room close to parking, pool, restaurant and gazebo. The room/bedding etc. was acceptable for cleanliness, but the rug needed a good shampoo. The hotels location is very close to a large shopping centre, restaurants, Mexico and the airport. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Watched two movies, ate dinner at Yuma Landing. Service for free breakfast was very slow, and food was lukewarm (eggs, hash browns, sausages) but the price was right.

The rooms on the freeway side are a little noisey, wifi works great and the staff were very fiendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants in the area from fast food to medium priced. The bed was fomfortable and I slept like a log. Oh-Yea, real easy access to freeway 8.

As a regular at Holiday Inn this property is exactly why I choose them often. Easy to find off freeway as a result of the abundance of guady light wrapped palm tree surrounds the hotel and driveway. I'm sure thats why they did it, as it's a bit removed from the exit where there are many competive chains including another HI

Have stayed at this facility several times. I always return because the room is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is perfect way to start the day! I recommend staying here whether your single or with your family.

When I booked the room on line I did not realize until later that I booked at Comfort Inn. I was a little worried about the place and it's location. The price was lower than what we are use to and I thought that I had booked us into a cheap, hooker hotel.
What a surprise!! The price, the service, and rooms were first class. They serve cookies at night and breakfast in the morning, we didn't have to go out. I will keep this place in mind at our next trip.

Used to be run-down, but they've done some work. You can tell it's newly-renovated. Not in the best part of town, but affordable and convenient to restaurants and shopping areas. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. Wi-fi was very strong and allowed me to get my work done, unlike other more expensive motels in Yuma, where the connection was spotty or non-existant. IO will stay here again.

Our second visit to the Fairfield Inn in 6 months. An excellent stopover on our drives to San Diego. The Fairfield is clean, attractive, light. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful. Bed is comfortable. Location (near an attractive Yuma mall) is a plus. Breakfast is typical Fairfield - not wonderful but keeps us going as we continue our drive.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. But the room could have been much cleaner.
The carpeting looked like many years of partying never had a good cleaning, there were some strange man's underwear on the floor between the bed and nightstand. and my refrigerator did not work.
Upon finding out that the fridge was not keeping cool, I immediately approached the staff. He came in and checked then promptly brought me another. This one worked but it had no shelves nor a cover for the freezer section, so my drinks were frozen by morning.
The television stations were quite fuzzy and not of good quality.

Obvious gaps in cleaning. Dirt between sink and mirror. Looked as though maids can't access with cleaning rag so just grime has built up. One of four light bulbs over sink was out. Areas by bed and underneath night stand that had not been vacuumed. TV remote had no back to hold batteries in. Maid continuously forgot to bring washcloths. This property is very tired. Interncontinental/Choice Hotels should require owner to reinvest in property. Broken down car parked in parking lot. It's been there at least a week. Location is great to the Yuma International Airport, and to general business area and golf courses. Debated one or two star rating. Gave them the benefit of doubt. However, the value of this room is $40.

just passing through. It was difficult to make the shower work. Fridge didn't work and made lots of noise. The guy at the front desk charged me extra $ in cash when I arrived which I didn't understand but it was late so I just paid. Room was not clean, pillows were stinky.

Drove into parking lot. The place looked closed or abandonded. When I entered the office it smelled of curry so bad that it was on my cloths for the next few hours. There were 2 men in the office. Must be family owned because they were both in shabby clothes and no customer service. The one behind the counter helped me get my key. He instructed me to go to the back and pointed while saying the room number. There was no Cars in the front parking lot or infront of any of the front rooms(NONE). I get to the back and there is a little boy with a bandana on his face and a group of guys playing loud music and hanging out?? Gang?? I still enterented the room just to see... oh and by this time I have a knot in my stomach because the outside of the complex has gotten worse. I was not expeting a nice room and I was correct. It was very old and run down. The bed had hair all over the sheets with stains on sheets and pillows. It was by far the worst looking room I have seen. In the 3.5 mints I was in the room we could hear screaming and yelling from the other end of the building that the other cars were parked with the people hanging out. I decided to not stay here. The front desk would do nothing but give me another room. I refused wich lost me my money for the 2 night stay that I paid for in advance, $111.00 for walking into the worst hotel I have seen for 3.5 minuets. I still cant believe that I have no right to my money back when I never stayed there???????? RIP OFF!!
