Americas Best Value Inn

everything was as described in the brouchure. the hotel is small, but very clean and updated. it is located near the Old Town. very picturesque, but noisy. appearantly it is located a very short distance from the train tracks, and one block away from the bus terminal. lots of noise.

We arrived late in the evening and thought we had made a mistake. It is not very glamorous from the outside but the staff is one of the best we have ever encountered. We were greeted and taken care of by a nice young man. When we opened the door and walked we were astonished as to how nice, clean the room was and new furniture also. There was a small single cup maker and a refrigerator in the room. The bed had a down comforter which kept us very warm. The only thing that took me awhile to figure out was how to get the hot water going in the shower. Access to the motel was easy and near the freeway. The two locations I had to go to were also nearby. There is a small market across the street and restaurants are also nearby. The continental breakfast was very good and the eating area was neat and clean. We stayed 2 nights which were 2 of the best nights we have ever spent in a motel or hotel. I have to give a very high rating to the staff for the accomodations and service.

Came back to stay and I'm even more impressed. The hotel and room were very clean like my previous stay. The new breakfast area is awesome. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when I visit Riverside.

Wow the hotel was very clean the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Walked in at it smelled like fresh pine (Christmas candle), great place for the price! If I even need to stay in Riverside again it will be at America's Best Value Inn.

Always exceeding expectations! I always stay at this Hotel when I am in the Riverside area and I must say their hospitality, friendliness and especially their cleanliness is above all other hotels I stay. They must have recently remodeled the Lobby/Breakfast area because I don't remember it looking or tasting this good. For the value they offer, I think I am stealing a nights stay at one of those fancy boutique hotels. If you are ever in the Riverside area you must give this establishment a try You will not regret it!

I slept as well, or better, than at home with their marvelous beds. Beds of this quality are rare to find in hotels of this price range. Very clean rooms with spotless attention to detail. Very friendly host and hostess. I'll be back for sure!

On arrival I was a little concerned, there was remodeling going on. On the outside it looked average, nothing special. The parking lot was small, but the best was yet to come. Once I got into my room, all my fears disappeared. The room was freshly renovated, very appealing to the eye. The best part of my stay was the comfort of the bed. It was perfect. Had nice sheets and the comforter was so soft and warm. I looked forward to sleeping. The hotel staff was nice. I did not want daily service, so I put a do not disturb request. I stayed 3 nights and I will be sure to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Great Price and Super Clean and Fresh. "Heavenly" type Bed and Bedding. Best sleep I've had in a while. Huge LCD TV and body sprays in shower too!! felt like a 5 star hotel room. It Will Stay here anytime.

The outside of the hotel was not very inviting. My first impression was a small space of parking lot and rooms. My impression changed, though, when I met the staff. The folks at the reception desk were friendly and seemed to care. They gave good advice about where to go for an early breakfast. The room, however, was what really shined. The bed was nice, the desk was small but fine for a little office work, and there was a little fridge. The bathroom was compact but nicely laid out. In short, this little place is quite a "diamond in the rough." Very nice value for a quick work stay.

It was a spotlessly clean room, nicely accoutered with great linen, gracious and kindly hosts--altogether a lovely experience that I would recommend to anyone that wanted a good deal in Riverside!
