Caregiver for Mom
Needs light
The location was convenient. But the first room was missing two light bulbs and the desk clerk could not find any and could not get a hold of anyone to help. Then he gave us a room on the second floor when we needed first and said there were none on the first. Suddenly he found one on the first. Also there were not enough outlets to plug the computer into. Also one of the security locks in the first room was broken. Otherwise this was an OK place to stay.

Renovated motel
I wanted a cheap stay in Riverside for a conference I was attending. This motel met all the criterias and more. I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised at the renovated room I stayed in. The carpeting, the furniture and the bathroom was all new. Even had granite top in the sink area. It is a very compact room by the way, perfect for just catching that sleep and rest. And the nice thing is, there was no odd smell in the non-smoking room. The bed was firmer than normal but was fine. The sheets were the cheap kind but not too bad of a condition. The towels were fluffy and thick but I could see they did not use bleach. Some were slightly more off white than others.

Very Dissatisfied
Well where to begin? First we get there and our room was not even clean. They fixed that. Then we go to put our stuff away and that room was very dirty. I went down and told her and she told me it will be cleaned. I told her fine we were leaving to go to the race would be back later. We get back its cleaned but the bed spread was dirty they didn't change it. I am very unhappy with our stay there.
