a good weekend get-away
it was a great welcome, it was very clean and the breakfast had many options. There were many tourist attractions nearby too.

The Day's Inn was almost within walking distance of the airport. Also, there were many great Mexican restaurants nearby.

Only spent a couple hours there other than sleeping because room wasn't very clean or comfortable. Never got clean sheets, towels were stained and sometimes dirty. Great location because close to many attractions and public transportation.

spring break
Definitely ask for a room on the top floor if you are going on spring break. If not be prepared to be woken up in the middle of the night by drunk people being loud and rude.

Does the Job
The hotel had everything I needed for the weekend. It is not too far from downtown San Diego and the room was clean.

Surprized!
I had a great stay at Days Inn, anytime I needed help they were more than helpful. Maria was great she was very plesant. I love the location its about 5-10mins from most attractions. I will deffiently stay here agian. The only thing I didn't care for was the floor seem a little dirty and anytime someone would walk by I could here everything they were sayn (RM 102). The room was nice, it had a fridge, tv, ac and microwave.

First Trip To San Deigo
The hotel was not dirty like all the other reviews had mentioned which was my original concern but no hotel could beat the price of this one so we picked it. To my surprise the hotel was very clean and comfortable and close to everything! My only complaint is that our key cards would stop working like every other day and that was a pain to have to go into the office to have them fix it and we stayed there for 9 days! But overall, I would definitely stay there again. You even get a free shuttle to the zoo and sea world so you don't have to pay for parking! And the free continental breakfast wasn't bad either!

South Beach Bar and Grill! best fish tacos and it was packed every day of the week! very slow service but worth the fish tacos and price!

Bad shuttle sevice
We stayed at this hotel to get a shuttle to and from the airport. Bad choise the shuttle hours are very limited did not work for us at all. luckley we were able to keep our rental car and their hours were much better. If you are leaving before 6 am or arriving after 6pm find somewhere else to stay. better yet you should have your own car to stay at this hotel. The room smelled bad-like strong paint or something.

Girls getaway
Beds were comfortable. No coffee makers in the room. You have to walk to a seperate building to get coffee and continental breakfast. It is not marked where to go and difficult to find. The staff did not provide information/directions until asked. The pool is very small and there were only a couple of chairs by the pool.

The location is good, Air plane noise is high until 11:30PM when shuts down, restarts at 06:30AM.

You get what you pay for
The service was ok. My family came out and had reservations. When they got there the hotel was over booked. They got a nice upgrade. :) On the another note. Our room was next to the smoking section, ice/vending machines and elevators...which SUCKED. Foot traffic next to us all day and night
