Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina

Parking was a major problem and the charge was unreasonable especially when the room rate was so high.

This is a very nice hotel, friendly staff and very clean, but it is a little too close to the airport and the $22.00 per night for parking at their hotel that your already paying over $100.00 per night is a little much, other than that it is a great hotel.

Cold Jacuzzi: Staff didn’t bother telling us that it wasn’t working when we asked them where it was. Bath Tub didn’t drain while showering Coffee Maker didn’t work $30.00 to Valet Park Reservation didn’t tell you which tower you were staying in. We got in late and almost missed our reservation because we were standing in line at the wrong tower. It took the staff an additional 15 minutes to determine which tower we were in. Shuttles were lacking: Poor planning for a New Years Eve. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or business partners.

I was not in the Tower which may be different. Nothing special about room or amenities. Only food option in building is bar/restaurant with less than average food. I had dinner and breakfast there. Big plus: shuttle to and from airport which is minutes away.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Food in the hotel tastes pretty good and not outrageously pricy. The location is okay as the hotel provides shuttle to the airport at least every half hour and from there you can get bus to the downtown and other locations via a number of buses and light trains/trolleys. Downside: amenities are sparse; no microwave oven or friger. There is no vending machine (only ice machines). The hotel is near airport not in downtown. Surprise: you can swim in the outdoor swimming pool during Christmas break because it is heated. Another personal dislike: no wireless in the guestroom

Good location if you want to stay close to airport and bay. Room is clean and new. Some noise from airport but not too laud. Double beds are not queen size.

you guys need to state on your site that this is an airport hotel for your non flight customers. When we arrived at the hotel we discovered it was directly across the street from the airport; even though the guy that checked us in at the front desk assured us we wouldn't be able to hear the planes in our room, cause they weren't allowed to fly low or over the hotel. .... he was WRONG!!!! It is a noisey hotel and extremely busy with flight guests. Also they need to oil the hinges on the doors. The location is the major complaint. The secondary complaint would be that the internet in rooms isn't free. At the price paid for these rooms, the internet should be included. We have stayed at smaller hotels (BW, M6, DI) all of which had bigger rooms and free internet at half the price. Starbucks coffee should not be the only kind offered, some people ARE NOT fans of their flavors. all in all it did as it was required. provided a place to sleep and wash up. I would stay with Sheraton again, just definately NOT at this location.

Nice Harbor and Beach area Airport is very close and lots of noise Staff was very unfriendly and NOT helpful!!! $30 to park a CAR!!!!!! WOW Traffic was bad in the area. I was Clean

Everything was good with this hotel except the parking fees were outrageous. Please consider that we are already paying a significant price for a 4-star hotel. The parking should be discounted.

I was able to take advantage of the discount over the holidays. It worked very well. I wish they would offer free continental breakfast.
