Suites at Fishermans Wharf

This hotel is very well located. It is two streets from Fisherman's wharf and one street from a cable car terminus. The number 30 bus stops right outside. Easy walk to ferry tours, bike hire close by. The hotel is a converted apartment building and the rooms are actually apartments with bedroom, large living room, kitchen, etc. Apart from difficulties with the wifi reception in my room on the third floor, I thought the hotel was excellent. There is an excellent open rooftop area with a great view of fisherman's wharf and port areas.

This place is great. Fantastic location, close to everything and right on trolly and bus lines. This is a small apartment with a fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable for a family. We were in room 300 and it had a fantastic view, and nice balcony. Laundry facilities for guests were nice. The parking lot was secure, but very small. I read the noise was a problem for others, but I brought ear plugs and slept like a baby.

Our arrival and check-in was the low point of our visit. The desk clerk was not as helpful as she could have been with parking directions and advice. That is the only negative. This place is spacious, well-equipped, clean and located in a great part of SF. Parking in the hotel garage was reasonable at $20/night. I recommend it to others as a good deal and very nice experience.

this is not a luxury hotel, it is a very good deal in a great location with very friendly service. There may be some noise, but there was more noise at our next hotel for twice the price. The internet service was not perfect, but it rarely is at a hotel, at least here it was free. People who complain about the Suites at Fisherman's Wharf may have undue expectations. I heartily recommend this hotel for anyone visiting San Francisco who has to watch their budget but wants to be in the best location.

This is a perfectly situated hotel in the heart of San Francisco. Close to all the hot spots, on the corner of a trolley pick up spot, cheap garage parking and within walking distance of many great restaurants! I'll definitely be back here!

The hotel is at the center of all the activities most tourist want to see. Buses and street cars come right in front of the hotel, for easy transportation around the city. It is a short 2 block walk to Fisherman's Wharf. The rooms are all suites, with full kitchen.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Suites. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for us as we were travelling with our 2 teenagers. The staff was very helpful in recommendations for restaurants and take out options. Since they have small kitchens guests can purchase groceries as well. Overall, a very positive experience.

My fiance and I needed a getaway from our everyday stressful jobs and home life. I found this wonderful hotel that has a home away from home feel. And still is in the heart of all the action. Love the kitchen and separate bedroom, such a home away from home feel =) I will stay here everytime I'm in the Bay !!! LOVED IT !! The staff was so helpful with places to eat and one night we wanted to just stay in and enjoy eachother so we talked to the staff and they directed us to a grocery store just down the street. One of the best weekend getaways we've had in a long time !!

Very nice two room suite, full kitchen with outdoor sitting area and rooftop patio (bring your own wine). Perfect location for sightseeing family.

This is an all suites hotel with very spacious living room, bedroom and small kitchen. Our room appeared to be recently updated and was very clean. It is very close to Ghirardelli Square, Fisherman's Wharf, Aquatic Park and the trolley turnaround. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative is that due to it's close proximity to the trolley and the sites above, it is a bit noisy at night time. However, we had no problem sleeping. We got a great rate on [...]and will book again.
