Mini vacation
This hotel was in a good location and was not too shaby. It was close to the beach and there were plenty of things to see walking distance. It was clean and cozy for the amount of time spent there. I was looking for a place where i would crash after a night out and it fit perfectly. I would definitely stay there again.

President's Day Weekend
Our last minute plans to Santa Barbara on President's Weekend found Days Inn to be the least expensive with the best location. We parked our car at the hotel and walked everywhere the entire time. Clean, simple and served our needs.

Days Inn Santa Barbara
This hotel was just perfect for us since we like to walk a lot and most of the tourist spots are nearby or you can take the shuttle. The room is average, but nice and comfortable but if you are looking for more than just a bed than this place may not be for you. All in all, the price is reasonable, its nearby tourist spots and if you are just interested in a place to sleep for a night or two than this hotel may be for you.

Pokey rooms in a great location
From the online photos, we were expecting something bigger than an old school mom and pop motor inn from the 50s. Tiny rooms with tiny bathrooms. Clean, but in indifferent condition. I kept getting poked by a broken wire (!!) on the edge of the bed. In at 6pm and out at 7am for $200+. Oh well...

it has been my 3rd time staying at the Days Inn SB. i love the location. it is just one block from the beach and about a mile to downtown state street.

Great for Beach Trip
Great location! That's all I can say. If you are looking for a hotel that is located near Santa Barbara Beach and also don't want to pay much, this is the place! My GF and I went here in the Independence Day and had a wonderful moment. I put dislike for Small pool (it is very small), but you have beach (right next) so no big deal.

close to the beach but smelly and dirty
I was so excited to get away before with my husband before we have our next child. When i opened the door it smelled like one big toilet. The inside of the room was VERY small and dirty. It had restroom marks one the toliet seat from the previous people and the room needed a deep cleaning. When the people next to me checked in I could hear EVERYTHING. If somebody flushes the toilet the water gets SCOLDING HOT.

Great hotel for the price
The hotel was clean and in good location. For the price it is a great option in SB. The only room for improvement is to have better beds. They are very hard and unconfortable.

decent hotel for the price
Showed up and i asked to check in early and recieved a key to a room that had not yet been cleaned, so i was told to come back in about 30 minutes. The rooms cleanliness and size was acceptable based on how much I paid for the night.
