Americas Best Value Inn

This was a good motel value. Located in north Fort Collins just north of Old Town.

I was blown away at the ease of comfort and helpfulness in this little Hotel. Parking was easy, my room was always cleaned and I was able to make copies of my resume to send out. For the money, it doesn't get much better. I would recommend it to my friends.

i really like this hotel it is clean all though when it comes time to check out the people at the front desk get really rude

Older hotel but was clean. Coiuld not hook up to wireless on my laptop for some reason. Good hotel for the price.

This hotel has a bedbug problem. Since staying there now I do too. I paid for a week but when I left early because I couldn't take another sleepless night of itching, they did not refund my money.

On par with a Motel 6, probably a little better. Staff was nice, but smelled heavily of smoke. Room was clean but not a great location. If you need something cheap this is the way to go, but I'd pay a little more for something nicer. Walls very thin, could hear everything next door, blinds were not great so couldn't make the room dark. Good thing was free wifi, but had to call to get the information from front desk as there was no documentation in the room.

This hotel was not in the best area in Ft. Collins. The outside may not seem very asthetically pleasing, but the interior was adaquate. There was a microwave and refridgerator inside, but you could only have one plugged in at a time. The T.V. was rather old. They did have a variety of channels available on T.V. though. I did manage to see some ants in the bathroom, so they may have an ant problems there. There weren't that many, so it is hard to tell. In any case, they had the best price in the area, so you get what you pay for.

Berry family are highly friendly and cooperative. Relaxed, reasonably clean and quite environment. Good for the value.

Pillows were flat , no in room coffee walls were paper thin. people partying until 4 AM and all kinds of "work" with electric tool noises going on at all hours.Difficult to walk in room because it was a small space overfilled with furniture. Room had a distinctive odor and the bedlinens were questionable. You would have to pay me to stay there again and even then..........

The hotel was a 1950's or 1960's style. The rooms were clean. The walls were a little thin, and a light sleeper probably would not like staying here. Couldn't ask for much more for the price. Room included a small refrigerator and a microwave. Staff was very friendly. Would stay there again.
