nice - but trapped
Hotel can only be reached (and left) by car. No way to go for a jog outside the hotel area. Although they provide a 1 km long jogging path for real joggers this is nothing (Europeans like to walk!). So you are trapped. Location otherwise is nice. Rooms for families not realy big enough. House keeping could be improved (had either to call towels or aminities).

Beautiful resort
We enjoyed the facilities and the view from our waterfront condominium. The spa and fitness facilities were high quality. The 2 bedroom condo was spacious. The location was convenient to Fort Myers and Sanibel. It was on the Fort Myers side so to get to Sanibel you need to pay the $6.00 bridge toll going over to Sanibel/Captiva. We went on a sunset pontoon boat cruise in JN Darling Refuge off Tarpon Bay road. It was worth it..

We enjoyed the Island Cow restaurant on Sanibel. The food was great. We had seafood. The atmosphere was fun and funky.

Overpriced Hotel for Quality of Service
At Palm Court the Thanksgiving Buffet was $50/pp for a simple turkey dinner. [...] gave us less than ordinary service. When back to same place for ordinary menu items. Prices were more reasonnable and got a better service. Room very ordinary, small bath tub and broken TV Unit. Enjoyed snall balcony.

Fantastic vacation spot
This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The view from the room was breathtaking-overlooking the water. Very quiet and restful. Just minutes from the beaches at Sanibel Island and outlet mall shopping. I would definitly go back!

A nice place to visit
The resort was very nice. You did not want from the front door to the room. The room was large and clean. Everyone was helpful. the on;y down side was the food for the most part did not measure up to resort status.

We had a pleasurable time. Very relaxing. Overnight parking in the hotel lot is $20 per night, a little rediculous. The facility is very nice. Very little beach though.
