Sufficient for my purpose
This hotel is just sufficient for me fulfil the purpose of my trip, it is a place to sleepin after 8 hours of work. It is close to airport as well as the place of my business.

Good no-frills hotel
The best part of this hotel is the comfort of the beds. They were very comfortable and clean. The room is average and the hotel staff is friendly. If you want a no-frills hotel for a good price in a good location, this is a great buy. A nice surprise in the room was the mini fridge and mocrowave. I didn't realize the rooms were equipped with that from the ads. I would definitely stay here again.

Short drive from hotel
Make sure you visit the Sun Harvest Citrus store and send some fresh fruit home. The free samples will make your mouth water! Also visit the Edison and Ford Museum in Fort Myers. It's beautiful!

Keep looking for something else
Checked in a 7pm. That day the high was in the low 80's but the room was well over 90. Turned on the air and two hrs later it was maybe 80 in the room. Tried to complain to front desk, no one in attendance for at least 15 minutes. Another fellow locked out of room had been waiting longer. Tiny worn out room. Try the Quality or Best Western, this is not worth the money.

Don't stay here
I went to the hotel. I needed to change my hotel and the staff was rude. Would not allow me to change an was told the only person who coul give me my money back was the owner. No pool..5the hotel looked sketchy. I didn't even get to my room I had to go somewhere else. Was out 100 dollars with no refund.

Travelodge was newish, clean and close to the airport. the room was comfortable and price was right. great value.

A place to crash
It's not about the hotel!
If your travels are more about doing things and less about your hotel experience, this is a good place to stay. This Travelodge is a bit dated and the bathroom setup is something to be improved upon. The staff were friendly, they kept the room clean, beds were comfortable, A/C worked too good and there was a small fridge and microwave in the room. We spent our time out and about doing things during the day this was a place to crash (sleep) in a very good location! I would stay there again, especially since the room was only $45 per night, a short drive from the airport and right next to route 75! Bottom line: That's good stuff. . . .

Ok if it's just an over-nighter
Room smelled stale. We were place in a wheel chair accessible room, which we didn't request nor need...shower was floor level with a spray nozzle and a toiled that sounded like a jet engine when flushed. If we would have been staying more than one night, we would have seeked different accomodations after seeing the room. It was close to the airport and quite affordable...which is what we needed at the time.
