Very friendly staff. Pool was well maintained. Did not spend a lot of time in the room.

Could be better
Finding the entrance to the hotel was quite a challenge. It's behind a large convenience store and a fast-food restaurant. The small sign marking the driveway entrance was not easy to locate. Check-in was difficult because I couldn't understand what was being said to me. He had a very strong accent. I was at first pleased to see my room had a balcony, until I saw that it overlooked an interior hallway which led to meeting rooms. I prefer to be able to see if it is daylight outside or not. The air-conditioning was slow to cool the room. It was difficult to feel whether the air was coming out of the vent or not. The bad things overcome the good things about this hotel. It was quiet and clean and I got a decent night's sleep, but I will try one of Holiday Inn's other locations for my future business trips to Jacksonville.

Nice Place to Stay for Business Trip!
Nice experience. Was disappointed when asked for a receipt, the front desk would only provide me with one showing no costs. Front desk personnel not very pleasant.
