Very disappointed
We stay in hotels about 45 days a year. Our room felt like a shoebox. A tiny window and nowhere to sit and relax. Had to stay out of room except to sleep. Paid top dollar for room, VERY DISAPPOINTED. Some of staff appeared to have an attitude with with us because we ride Harley's. We are both retired seniors who travel alot, and not used to this kind of treatment. My husband called to desk for ice and had to wait over an hour, and three calls later.

Take the free hotel shuttle every hour and head down to Duval St.

One of the best!
The shuttle made the trip! The hotel was amazing... but when wanting to go on adventures ... the shuttle made everything so easy and possible. Morning free coffee and paper - although small perks, made the day! Paying the extra money for the 'suite' was the bargain of a lifetime!

Truman's "White House" tour was amazing. Very low key tour, lots of information and explained tons about Key West.

Casual but Spoiled
fabulous amenities, great food, bad location
Outside view immediate uptake was unimpressive. Decor inside, as well as the rooms, was absolutely lovely!! Food was top notch!! Service was quite good! Location was bad.:(

Stay closer to the action on the wharf front. Amenities and food just as good, price is the same!! Everything is walking distance and you can choose what to do!!

Winter break
Very expensive for what was supplied, a condo room not a hotel room. Very small, king bed filled it up, clear why double beds not available!! Window looked into a hallway, so anyone walking down the hallway looked directly into your room? Had to keep the drapes closed so you felt like you were in a cave? Need to ask if a top quality hotel is also renting condo rooms!! Very bad choice.

Relaxing pool and beach area
Really enjoyed relaxing at the beach. We ate at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Good value and very friendly staff.

hotel was noisy far from downtown
hotel was far from activities, pool area was nice service was good, but for the money, i would much rather recommend staying closer to downtown

Tiny but clean
It was a nice hotel right at the beachside. The staff was nice and the room was very neat. And it is also very convenient place to live at, close to the marketplace and restaraunts. Prices are relatively low compared to other hotels on the island. The only drawback is that the room is really small and does not have refrigerator.

Honeymoon
Room was fantastic. Staff was friendly. Location wasnt what we had expected and had to get a shuttle to Duval street multiple times daily. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend the hotel to friends!!

had a great night
Went down to the keys for the night, the hotel was well priced and had a lot of ameneties to offer us. It wasnt close to Duval Street (Downtown) but it had its own beach, jet ski rentals and offered free shuttle downtown til midnight. Of course if you party like we did, youll need to catch a cab back to the hotel. All in all I would definitely stay here again, I dont need to be downtown, in reality the hotel is worth the the drive and really had a lot to offer.
