Silver Palms
The Hotel general manager and front desk clerk Peter were so helpful and accommodating. The hotel is a "green" hotel so the air and lights shut off when you leave. It was a bit of a pain to come back to a room that was warm and humid but the room cooled off quickly. The breakfast is very basic: apples, oranges, bananas, oatmeal,yogurt, and cereal. I thought they would at least have tropical fruit. Overall, I would return again.

great for the price and location

great couples getaway
Great location....hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was very clean and tidy. love the pool area. was great sitting out there enjoying breakfast. all and all silver palms was great place to stay.

AWESOME!!!
This hotel was excellent. It was a good walk away from the Duval St action but definitely walkable. Staff was very accommodating and hotel was VERY clean. Would highly recommend this to a friend.

Great Hotel
The Hotel was great. The staff was very accommodating, and helpful. The pool area was beautiful and the rooms are eco friendly.

What a time in Key West
Great freindly service. Walking distance to Duval. Clean. Had a great time and would stay at the Silver Palms Inn again.

OMG....What a GREAT place
This hotel was beautiful. The room, the pool, the staff, and the location (a little away from the hustle and bustle of KW but close enough to get there within a few minutes bike ride). Would stay there again in a heart beat!

We rented bikes for the 2 days we were in Key West and biked the whole island. Would recommend that to anyone. Great way to see KW

Pretty good - wouldn't stay there again
front desk staff was very nice at checkin but told us "continental breakfast was served from 7 to 10 each morning". We arrived for breakfast at 9:30 the next morning and the staff was putting away the food so fast I was grabbing what I could so we'd have something to eat. I was trying to toast my bagel and staff was reaching around me to take items away. Several families came down between 9:35 and 10:00 and was there was nothing to eat and turned and walked out.

Okay
The rooms facing Truman Street are noisy due to street traffic (especially bikers) and very active roosters in the morning. No, I'm not kidding. It's a new building so ice and vending machines are new and work well. The complimentary breakfast is basic but fine. The pool area is not large but again, okay.
