College Student Couple getaway
This was fair hotel for the price. The location was wonderful - right in the heart of South Beach. The room was rather small but it did the job. I felt like the room was trying to look very nice and classy by was very cheap when you actually looked around. There were ants in the bathroom, which was the only issue I had with the cleanliness. The staff was very nice. The "breakfast" they advertise is a JOKE. They set some juiceboxes and cake out on a table in the hallway and call it breakfast. Also when you check in your are required to pay a 7 dollar a day resort fee for internet and beach chairs. The internet did NOT WORK! This was very frustrating as I complained about it several nights in a row and was never fixed. Also, the hotel refused to refund me this "resort fee." Overall, the hotel was okay. I think you could probably find a better deal somewhere else on collins ave.

Found a Cockroach in the Room
Small tiny old property converted into a Hotel and interior re modelled. no kind of parking. might have molds.. there was a cockroach in the room and when it was reported to the staff they blamed that some customer might have brought a cockroach with them... most ridiculous explanation. Michele the receptionist was rude and inconsiderate. Avoid this hotel at any cost. only some international tourists who have no clue about the US hotels get trapped into this one.

incredible trip
This was the perfect first vacation. I couldn't believe how close it was to everything South Beach has to offer. The place was cozy and the staff was incredibly friendly. I would definitely come back here!

good location, tiny room
This hotel is great for walking to all South beach has to offer. Close to the beach, bars, and great restaurants. Our room and bathroom were pretty small for two people, but we didn't spend much time in the room. It was clean and the staff was very helpful.

The god and the bad
Perfect location and helpful staff but the room (n. 11) was very very small and very dirty! I was there with other friends that have a better room...so pay attention at the type of room!

Location isn't everything
I reserved two rooms [...]. One needed 2 beds. They did not have that info (from the phoned reservation), so I needed to rent a 3rd room which was a dump. (I did see them rent a room with 2 beds 10 minutes after they could not find one for me.) The slamming of doors all night could be easily fixed with door bumpers. The a/c unit needed a remote, but it took 5 hours to get one even though I kept going to the front desk.The location is wonderful, but I will stay elsewhere next time. [...]

Adequate For What You Pay
I was only looking for a clean, safe room in a central location. The hotel certainly provided this. The hotel is very loud and I had to sleep with my iPhone on (thank goodness) for a free "white noise" app. The room could benefit from better shades as my room was bright all night. But, I made this reservation with my eyes wide open so for the price I'm not upset.

Clean, artsy hotel in an enviable
Clean, artsy hotel in an enviable location on South Beach. Walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, and all the nightlife. Room was comfortable and well-decorated. Parking will cost you $20/day in a nearby garage, but no other hidden costs.
