sehr zufrieden was das hotel angeht wenig restaurants in der nähe. frühstück besser als ein "continental breakfast" in andere hotels.

I had no problems at all,the staff was very hellpful. Most of the time it was easy in and easy out .

I went to Florida to visit family in Jacksonville, and only stayed a very short evening to catch an early flight out of Orlando. My prmary goal was to find an inexpensive hotel close to the airport that had a shuttle to the airport. When I dropped off my rental car and called for the shuttle, I was told they only provided a free shuttle for flights, picking me up at the car rental place would cost me $25. I went to the flight gates, called again and had to argue that I was a flight customer to get them to pick me up. Once we clarified that, the drive arrived and was very helpful. Niether the lightswitch at the door no the bed lamp switch worked, so I had to fumble around a dark room for light. Other than that, the room was clean, and the staff was helpful.

I stayed there twice within 10 days. Once with my golf buddy, the room was clean but it was definately in need of attention to maintenance details. The staff was pleasant. At first i thought it was just that particular room. But when my wife came down and we stayed there because of its proximity to the airport and I knew where it was, that room showed signs of maintenance issues as well. Great location, just fix the rooms.

This is the worst Hotel ever, It took us 2 hrs for the Shuttle to pick us from the Airport, the Staff Patricia was hanging up the phone when I was calling to be picked up. The carpet smelled like fresh cat urine , the linen were not changed for days I am serious there were blood stains on the sheets. I wish I could upload them. The manager is rude in front of customers he yelled to one of the staff when I was moved to a different room. The train is right next to the hotel, in the middle of the night it will blow your ears out.There is a bunch of homeless cats everywhere. The Computer is in front of the lobby with no privacy, the keyboard has no letters. seriously think again before you book this Hotel Across the street there is a Hampton Inn its cleaner. My sisters and I went to Orlando (we're from LA) to go to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter (which was SO FUN! btw if you are a fan...). The outside of the apartments did't look so bad, the pool looked nice and there was a lot of frogs around but that didn't bother us really. The problem was the inside of the room..the carpet was stained, the sheets, blankets and pillow cases had all different types of stains!! some looked like makeup, some looke yellow and brown it was DISGUSTING!...to top it off when i grabbed a hand towel to wipe my face it had some black stuff smeared in the inside UGH! When we requested to switch rooms they said okay and never called us back to give us a new room. When we ended up calling the front desk back they said they don't know why they said they would give us a different room because there was none that were clean or available. I think the majority of people who were there lived there. Needless to say we ended up getting our money back from orbitz and found a new hotel called "La Quinta" that was much closer to the attractions anyways! Dont stay here if you like clean hotel rooms!

I did not enjoy my stay at all. The bathroom smelled of urine from the moment we got there. I even went out and bought some Lysol to curb the odor. The towels were dirty and so were the sheets. I really didnt like the room at all. When I laid in the bed I felt like bed bugs were bitting me. LOL maybe it (the bed bugs) was in my mind but I wasnt comfortable at all. Hated it! Will NOT stay there again and I dont advise anyone reading this review to do so either. The one thing I did like was that it was close to most of the action and attractions, near International Drive and Kissimmee. The location was good but that was about it. You've been warned lol.

generally good. I went there with my family and two room. But land lamp is broken. Some water leakage from one room. However, according to the price, location and service, it's generally good.

With the price i paid and the great service i got. This is one of the best hotel there is. The front staff was nice and friendly. Breakfasts served were great. They even had a WSJ at the front desk if you want to check on financial news. Getting out and turning left during the heavy traffic hours is a bit tough but it did not bother me. Other than that, great place and "I shall be back, hasta la vista"
