the hotol and staff we very friendly. the only issue is they would not let me upgrade for any price once i got there.... they said it was a software issue..

Pretty from the outside, fairly typical for this flag on the inside. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was fairly comprehensive, although it would have been nice to have an omelette station. Location was good, close to downtown and most tourist sites. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend it.

Came for business. Enjoyed the complimentary dinner and wine!very clean.

WENT TO THE SARASOTA BLUES FESTIVAL LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AWAY. THE ROOM AND STAFF WERE GREAT.

We liked the location of this hotel. It was very close to great shopping, restaurants, and beaches. It was a nice surprise that it offered complimentary dinners from Monday through Thursday. It wasn't an outstanding menu but it was nice to come back from a day at the beach and have dinner available to you and you could eat it as you were! The room was clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately we could hear everyone who walked down the hall and could hear the people's television, conversation, and phone in the connecting room. This,however, would not cause me to not go back again. I would recommend this hotel.

It was such a blessing to walk into a roomy, clean suite after a long drive. Even though we stayed just one night, the kitchenette was so useful. We popped popcorn and watched some TV. We were able to store our drinks in the refrigerator and found ample dishes to use. The dishwasher was there to clean any dirty dishes. All quite thought out with care and concern. Since there were 3 of us(and all women to boot!), the bathroom being separated from the sink and mirror enabled us to have no problems with getting ready.:) The two beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of pillows! The fold-out couch wasn't too comfortable, but there were enough pillows and blankets for that, also. We were quite surprised with the complimentary breakfast the next morning. So much to chose from! All that the 3 of us had was more than delicious with plenty hot and cold dish choices. They've really tried to have something there for any one of their guests to select and fill up on. The only difficulty was finding a place to park. Near the door was out, but even near the building I was unable to find a proper space. We unloaded at the door and then I walked back. It wasn't long but I did wonder if they would tow my vehicle. :) I did love the hotel shutter service to any place within a 5 mile radius! Another pleasant surprise to this weary driver.

My son and I were visiting Florida for the first time and we loved the hotel. The staff was very friendly and they all made sure we had a comfortable stay. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.

We were at this hotel approximately 3 years ago. Since then, we noticed that the area seems to be changing. In addition, the closet door was broken. Other than that, the room was clean.
