Best Western Bay Harbor Hotel

Bed was comfy. Would have enjoyed the view more if smoking were not permited on the balcony. Walked out the first night we were there and was greeted with someone's smoke from several decks away. Since smoke makes me very sick I had to look at the bay from inside most of the time. Bathroom was not very clean.

Light fixtures didn't properly poor restaurant choices

Very close to Tampa airport. Hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable. Pool was nice. Only wish would be a continental breakfast in the morning as there is not a lot of restaurants around for a quick bite before going to the airport.

make sure you get a bay view room. Don't settle for any other. The pool is great. Comfy rooms. Accessible to all area attractions. Nice beach directly across the hotel. Need to rent a car to get places but I think the hotel does have a shuttle. Very near airport. We felt very happy while staying.

Easy access from airport, quiet, clean and well appointed rooms, convenient to Tampa and St . Pete, Clearwater. Would definately stay again!

Nice place to stay but not next to a lot of places. nice room and comfy. Good deal for the price. Good view from room of water but don't get to close to water not that nice. Don't eat at the restauarant attached. Not good service or food. Whiskey joes next door is good.

Well our flight didnt get in till 12:10a.m., called to get a shuttle to pick us up...they said shuttle quit at 12:00a.m., paid for cab, arrived at hotel and was told they were over booked and did not have a room which I booked Jan, 2012, this was Feb 2012...then said they would pay for another hotel for the night and told us how to get there, we said we don't have a car they said we will take you in our shuttle bus (thought it was closed for the evening), got to other hotel with only one room left at which the room was located down 4 buildings and through alley around the back and up to 2nd flr., room was 85 degrees inside and the air conditioning did not turn on, told front desk they said maintainence had gone home and would not return untill 7a.m., next morning got up had breakfast, called for shuttle back to hotel where I had to explain our not so nice accomidations the night before. I asked if how I was going to be reinbursed for the room I paid for extra for facing water side she then had to talk to her supervisor and said booking agent would reinburse us for the night we missed. I certainly hope this was true. Other than that the Best Western Harbor hotel was very clean and very nice, would consider staying there again.

Safety bar broke in lthe shower and we were given an upgrade. Loved the location of both rooms facing the bay. Both rooms were clean but could have been vacuumed better. Staff was great and loved al the courtesy shuttles. Loved the location.
