the room temp never got cool. The rooms I asked for was on the smoking floor. around all rooms that are smokers. Bugs in side the room noticed on our second and last night there. just not a good experience at all. House keeper never came to room had to go down stairs to get new towels. Just not good. :( :(

I awoke to a couple screaming at each other across the hall only to feel a bed bug crawling on my face. searched the bed and found two more. a couple days later over 30 bites appeared on my extremities and back. still trying to get a refund. avoid this place

It's a good place if you just need a hotel to crash for the night, if you're going to be spending any ammount of time in there, you're better off somewhere else. The room was clean, but without much attention to detail. There wasn't enough light fixtures to light the room properly, which left me feeling slightly chlosterphobic. The bed also kept falling off of the frame. I will say however, that they were painting and putting new carpet in some of the other rooms while I was there, so it might be nicer in the future.

the first room they put us in the ac didn't work and the shower head was spraying over the shower curtain bar. maintance man was kind creepy looking and said the room had been locked up for a month. the next room had hair on the pillows and mouse [*] everywhere. did not stay went and got money back and left. never ever again....

This is hotel is absolutely horrible, the staff is prejudice, the rooms are nasty, the halls reek of stale cigarettes, the housekeeping is bad, the bathroom are repulsive... need I go on. We made reservations for 3 nights for 4 adults and got totally stump by the color of our skin. At first the staff member (1 Member) gave us a room that was just cleaned, and when we decided to take the room, until the manager took one look at us and said NO.... then gave us a very disgusting room, someone just used the bathroom and didn't flush, who ever was in the room had a pet cause there were fleas and roaches, holes in the walls, grime in the shower, lights look like they were coming out of the wall (everybody know that is a fire hazard) the ceiling in the bathroom looks like it is about to cave it, phone didn't work and there is a door going from one room to another, you can easily be robbed. Being in the place it's like a nightmare and I would never recommend anyone, not even my worst enemy to stay in the place, it's not worth it. GOD help us all!

Room was overly dark because one of the lights was broken. Maintenance had to come fix the light & provide me with a tv remote, since there was none in the room. No hair dryer or wifi, like the hotel description says. Bedding was also covered in cigarette burns, in the NON-smoking room.

when i got to the hotel i waited about 35 mins to be seen. when i finally recieved my room keys they didnt work, after walking up three flights of staris. The hall ways was filthy, the doors was nasty looking and wall dirty. I would sleep there if it was the last lace to sleep on earth.

Room service tended to forget to restock soap. Key cards did not always work. Sheets were not very clean. However, the staff were friendly and responsive. The location is not very accessible by public transit (buses are rare and stop working quite early, and walking to/from downtown is out of the question). Most importantly, rooms have bad air which causes headaches so bring a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws to open the windows.

Unfortunately I have to say, absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. My husband and I were bitten by bedbugs. We ended up going to the emergency room in the middle of the night of our "vacation"... Since he is diabetic he has not fully recovered yet and we have been back from our trip 4 days now. His body is left with marks which i have photos of... He was given prescription pills and creams to apply from the doctor. Owner of hotel refused to accommodate us and stated that we "probably brought the bedbugs with us! " He was unprofessional and insulting. I wish I knew about this hotel prior to booking... it would have been worth it to pay more a night for a different hotel for the sake of our health. Not to mention the location was not in a very good area. Finally, [...] contacted the hotel and he refused to cooperate or offer any apologies. At least I am letting future traveler and [...] beware of this hotel. Not recommended!
