Friendly service, Easy to find. Beds were awesome and the hotel was very clean. Townplace suites have all you need with a kitchenette, a pull out couch, and nice space. Free wifi was available and the hotel was quite at night. Nice place to say.

This hotel is located right off 3 major malls in Kennesaw and within 1-2 min. of I-75, I-575 and 2 major streets. It's a little tricky to find, but that's O.K. because it is quietly tucked away from the hustle bustle. Breakfast was adequate, rooms were clean, well stocked, everything worked and the staff was very accommodating.

The rooms were just okay. I was charged 170.00 per night on [...] and the hotel charged me an additonal 20.00 for no reason after the fact. I reserved the room for my trip back home and the bill I was given was for 169.00 and then my card was billed an additonal 21.00 for ne reason. I will never use this hotel chain ever again. I figured what I was billed on the receipt given was final, I did not expect to see an additonal charge after I checked out.

The Residence Inn one bedroom suite with kitchenette was very spacious. We met family there and at times had at least 10 people comfortably sitting around. The breakfast buffet was better than most with an array of hot foods, fruits, hot and cold cereals etc. The location was great with a variety of restaurants nearby and seconds to the interstate. By far the best thing about this hotel was the front desk staff. They furnished us with their own decks of playing cards when we decided on an impromptu game of rummy, responded within minutes of a request for more coffee, and helped us rearrange tables in the dining area for a surprise party for our daughter. They really went above and beyond. We have stayed here before and will certainly stay again.

Hotel was being remodeled during my visit. Bathroom showed some wear, but main room was OK. Friendly staff. Located near other hotels in Kennesaw shopping district. Decent free breakfast. Room was reasonably clean. Bed was comfortable. OK desk and chair in room. WiFi worked well and was fast. Some noise from I-85 nearby in my room facing the rear.

Stayed here because of our previous experience with Holiday Inn Express. We were very disappointed here--just another Holiday Inn which we don't care for. No plushy mattresses, no morning paper, odor coming from air conditioner/heater. They sprayed something which only masked the smell. One elevator was out of service. Not HI Express quality at all.

We visited the area to see Civil War Battle sites. This location was perfect for that. The hotel is going through renovations that was handled well by the staff. It did not cause any inconvenience to us. Our room was clean. The staff was friendly.

The room was located near the freeway and there was unusually loud traffic noise. The toilet would turn on about every 45 min to an hour due to a bad corky flapper. This was very disturbing to sleep.

All in all, a good experience for the basic traveler like me. I don't look for luxury I just want a clean bed, a bathroom that works and a good location.
This was my first trip to Georgia to visit a friend I haven't seen in 30 years and it was only for 3 nights. For me this place delivered what I needed.

[...] They showed the room had a kitchenette and recliner. That was the tiniest room I stayed in. We called down to the front office to ask where are recliner was that was in the confirmation letter. They said they had taken them out of the rooms, but the was no way another piece of furniture would have fit in there. Overall, it was a very clean and friendly staffed hotel.

Hotel was nice. the staff was helpful. The rooms were decent, and if you are there to work and would like to cook your own meals, this is your place. The room had decent accomodations, nothing fancy.

While i stayed at this hotel I visited Six Flags, and the Coca Cola Factory. Neither one was far from the Hotel. The hotel was pretty quite we had nobody on either side of us so no noise problems. This hotel is okay to stay in if you need a quite place to lay your head. There are many places to dine and an outlet mall across the street from the hotel.

For the most part it was nice. Only stayed one night, but the staff was nice and checkout was quick and painless. It is a little noisy as it sits between I75 and a busy road. It's a great location to shopping malls and food places though.

This is a very clean and almost like new Hotel. The rooms are spacious and modern. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again and recommend it for a night or a weekend away.

This hotel is brand new! It's very clean and spacious. Each room has a sitting area, a fridge, a beautiful Olevia LCD tv, and free wireless internet. They also have two computers in the lobby for anyone to use. The free breakfast included everything we needed. The only bad thing was it took the front desk lady about two hours to get us a room. I don't know what the deal was, but after waiting an hour, she finally suggested we go somewhere to eat and come back. Other than that, the room was very comfortable and the rest of the staff was great.
