Courtyard by Marriott Waikiki Beach

The hotel and staff at the Courtyard Marriott Waikiki Beach are incredible! The rooms are spacious and the staff is attentive to your needs. For the price of this hotel in a centrally located area - about a 5-7 minute walk from the famous Waikiki Beach, 4 miles from Diamond Head, 10 miles to Hanuama Bay, and 8 miles from Pearl Harbor and the Aloha Stadium Swapmeet this place can't get any better. The hotel also only offers valet parking but at $29/night (as of April 2012), it was a price well worth it to walk to all the main attractions in Waikiki. For a first time visitor to Oahu, this hotel offers location and affordability. Highly recommend!

Everything was good, location, clean, good staff, except there is a lot of noise outside and the rooms are kind of small.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 7days and found everything satisfying. The service was good, the location is really good, the facility was clean and sufficient and the one bedroom we upgraded to was roomy and the kitchenette proved useful. If you are staying here more than a few days, choose one bedroom and you will not regret it. The cost was minimum. Also make a visit to the relaxation room where they offer free massage chairs and q big screen wii playing experience. Also, if you rent a car and drive more than twice a day choose valet parking. It cost money but it was worth it. Recommended!

Hotel and staff were fantastic. Very helpful staff and rooms were kept spotless. Ask for a room that faces the pool, nice and quiet. You only get the morning sun by the pool area. Only a few blocks from the beach. Shopping and restaurants all within walk distance.

I thought the hotel was average. For this price and the amenities, I thought a better breakfast can add more points to my rating as the location was average and breakfast is probably the less expensive way to add more points to my rating.

Good location for beach and getting other places on Oahu

We've been going to hawaii since 2003 but this was the first time staying on Oahu. The hotel room was on the small side but it was also very comfortable and clean. It is in a great location, close to the beach and all the shopping you could wish for. Parking fees were not included in the hotel price, so plan on adding $20 (self parking across the street) to $29 (valet). Those fees are average for the area. We paid extra for breakfast to be added to the package which ended up being a bargain and worth puchasing.

Good hotel. "Standard" rooms are small, even for one person. Health club is small (slightly larger than a standard room) and the hotel might consider removing one or two of the pieces of equipment to make a bit more space. Staff was excellent, from the front desk to housekeeping folk and quickly accomodated every request. The hotel is located a few blocks from the beach in a busy, dense and noisey area. Overall, a good hotel.

We come to Oahu yearly and have stayed here before when it was the Wyland hotel. We've tried other hotels and the courtyard Marriott is our preffered hotel. It's not too expensive, the lobby has a chill bar with computers next door and a small lounge area. The hotel cleaning staff do a great job keeping up the hotel. Parking was convenient with valet at front or self parking accross the street. Over all we'll be coming back to stay here again in our future visits or unless I win the lotto then I'll just buy a vacation home here. Mahalo much ehh!
