Das Resort liegt in einem tropischen Paradies mit Ozeanen, Bergpanoramen, üppiger Landschaft und Wasserfällen. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und zum Woods Nine-Golfplatz. Nach einer kurzen Autofahrt erreicht man Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten an der North Shore Buds and Bloom. In der Nähe des Resorts können die Gäste Golfen, Stadtbesichtigungen unternehmen, Surfen und vieles mehr.
Ausstattung:
Renoviert im Jahre 2010, bietet diese Villa sowohl natürliche als auch künstliche Genüsse. Die Gäste werden hier mit Aussicht auf die Berge verwöhnt, die sich über das gesamte Hanalei-Tal ziehen. Auch der Blick auf das Meer und den historischen Kilauea-Krater ist beeindruckend. Mit seiner üppigen Landschaft und den Wasserfällen wird das Resort sicher jedem Gast gefallen. Das klimatisierte Hotel verfügt über 257 Zimmer und bietet in der Empfangshalle eine 24h-Rezeption mit Check-out-Service. Hotel-Safe, Internetzugang, Parkplatz und Garage (letztere gegen Gebühr) sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Zimmer:
Die 2-Zimmer-Wohnungen sind für bis zu 6 Gäste geeignet. Sie umfassen ein Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer, ein Queensize-Bett oder 2 Doppelbetten im Gästezimmer, ein Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Waschmaschine/ein Trockner, eine Hydromassage-Wanne im Hauptbad und einen Balkon. Die Badezimmer sind mit Dusche, Badewanne und Haartrockner ausgestattet. Zu den weiteren Standardannehmlichkeiten gehören ein Direktwahltelefon, ein Sat.-/Kabel-TV, ein Radio mit Stereoanlage, ein Internetzugang, ein Bügelset und ein Safe. Jede Küche verfügt über Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle und Tee-/Kaffeebereiter.
Sport/Entertainment:
Im Resort können die Gäste 2 Außenpools (einer mit Meerwasser), einen Außenpool für Kinder, kostenlose 'Get Out and Play'-Aktivitäten-Programme, Tennisplätze, Fitnessgeräte im Fitnessraum und 2 Jacuzzis im Freien nutzen. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme stehen zur Erholung bereit. Gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr können die Gäste Wasserski fahren, Tauchen, Surfen, Windsurfen, Golf spielen und Reiten. Jet Ski ist eine weitere Freizeitoption des Hotels.

Couple getaway
Exceeded our expectations from the moment we pulled into the drive. Staff very friendly and helpful. Always someone around, even outside, to help you. Clean unit and amazingly comfortable even though there isn't air conditioning, always a breeze! After seeing other areas on the island, we were very glad we made our reservations here!!

Don't waste your time or money trying Bubba Burgers, drive south on 56 to Ono Char Burgers connected to the general store on the left side of the road. Excellent burgers if that's what you're in the mood for!! And Paco's Tacos has great fish tacos, located on the same stretch of highway.

Roomy interior, but thin walls.
Bad: People above can be heard walking around. Neighbor smoked on his patio which smelled up our whole unit. Unit (#210) was next to clubhouse, so, employees took their phone breaks right next to our windows. Front desk people very short over phone. Good: Spacious 2 bdrm with fully equipped kitchen with ice maker, cookware, dishwasher and washer/dryer.Decent mini home stereo

spacious and clean, but lacks character
we stayed at this accommodation for two nights before we went to stay at our final house on Hanalei Bay. It depends on what you are looking for, but to me this place lacked character big time, it's one of those typical timeshare places built on a golf course setting, which could be anywhere on this planet, I didn't have the feeling we were on Kaua'i at all... (except for the great weather) The first morning we were invited for a continental welcome breakfast, where we could also pick up our parking pass. This turned out to be a shrewd way to lure us into buying excursions, and the even tried to talk us into attending a timeshare presentation. Not the thing you expect when you just paid almost 600 dollars for a two night stay, this to me was a major turnoff... The other turnoff was that one of the toilets in the apartment kept spewing other peoples feces, and made the one bedroom smell really bad, not to mention the fact that it made me almost throw up twice ;) But i'm sure this must have been an incidental thing. On the positive side, it is a very spacious apartment, with a great kitchen full of good kitchen supplies. also a nice patio for a dinner outside, and a jacuzzi in the master bathroom. >> If you are looking for a spacious apartment with total lack of character that could be anywhere on this planet, this could be the place for you! But then again i'm more a person that loves authenticity and history...

There is a Supermarket called Foodland on site (5 minute drive), although it has a great selection it was also the most expensive supermarket I have ever been to. If you want to save some bucks, drive to the Ching Young Village Shopping Center in Hanalei,where there's a BIG SAVE Supermarket, where most of the stuff is half the price of Foodland (Although the selection is quite a bit smaller)

Great Location!
This condo property was exactly what our family needed. We stayed 10 nights and needed a room big enough for all of us to stretch out in! Our room was clean and the housekeeping and maintenance crew were all super friendly and helpful. The facility was well kept up inside and out. The (old) pool was spectacular. My favorite! We will be coming back!

I had stayed at another Wyndham property previously and enjoyed it, so that was a deciding factor when I picked the Bali Hai for our Hawaii vacation. I made the right choice. We got a 2 bed, 2 bath suite (reserved a 1 bedroom suite.) Concierge and staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were nicely maintained and we had access to a nice pool. The accommodations had all the amenities I expected including washer/dryer, fridge, range, microwave, TVs, DVD player, etc. There's no gym on the property, but they're building one. We decided to do a Wyndham timeshare presentation and received a $100 cash card and an Aloha Privileges Card (discounts on various activities) as a gift. These were a nice bonus. I'll keep an eye out for Wyndham resorts for future vacations. We didn't spend a lot of time in our rooms, but when we did, they were comfortable and clean.

Get a membership at the Foodland in the Princeville shopping center. The savings on alcohol are really significant and the food is not bad either. Ate alot of tuna poke...mmmm good. Local produce is a good deal too.

More than we expected
The unit we were given at the Bali Hai was far more than we expected. A 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite fully stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable and although the resort was full, it was very quiet at night and early in the morning. grounds were immaculate.

The accomadations were beautiful. Landscape was amazing. Spacious and comfortable. It is on the rainy side of the island but that is part of the experience. Would definitely return.

Great place to stay!
Quick overnight stay between flight arrival and start of a backpack. Room was awesome! I thought we had reserved a 1 bedroom but got a 2 bedroom. Only complaint-hard to find. Be sure to get map/good directions before go. No straight street or road signs. Directions we received were fuzzy at best.

Location was great. Staff was helpful but it would be nice if , once you tell them you are not there to tour the property or buy that they would hear you. Phone calls at 8am to solicit show ins are not appreciated.
