Americas Best Value Inn

Under new management, not for the better. "Deluxe continental breakfast buffet" weekday was barely acceptable, on Sunday it was almost nonexistent. Tables were sticky from prior uses. Room itself had rust in tub, one window had large crack in it. Had to wait significant 1-2 minutes for someone to come to front desk (after ringing bell) to leave keys on check out. I have stayed here happily several times but would not do it again.

We really enjoyed our room. It was very clean and the price was very reasonable. We had a nice quiet stay and would definately return at a future time!

Have stayed here several times. It is clean, inexpensive, convenient to where I'm going. The people at the front desk I've dealt with have been very friendly and helpful.

The beds were comfortable, it was very quiet and we got a good nights rest. The staff was kind when we checked in, and even checked to see if there was a room easier for my husband to access. There were no cups in the room, and we both take medicine. There was only 1 washcloth, and dirt in the corners of the restroom.

I enjoyed my stay at Settle Inn. It was located close to the International House of Prayer - the reason I was in Kansas City. The staff was very helpful. The only unfortunate thing, there was no internet service in the rooms. I had to go to the lobby to use my computer. But, the price was right, the continental breakfast was good, and the rooms comfortable. I'll probably stay there again.

The site claimed that there were two Queen sized beds. They were not and were just two full sized beds. When I called the mananger he said they only had queen sized in single bed rooms. The bathroom was tiny and the shower leaked. There was also my wife told me a [*] hair on the soap dish area. They claimed that they have spent close to a cool mil to refurbish the property. Maybe it was the paint on the outside. It was nice. Other than that I guess you get what you pays for these days 49.95 a night. Also they did not restock toilet paper, I guess there must be a shortage.

I'm really glad that I called before boarding my flight to confirm my reservation. There wasn't one. Clerk was courteous enough to call [...] for me to find the reservation, but it took 3 calls and a frantic 20 minutes before they were finally confirmed. NOT a great way to begin a trip!

I was dissapointed in the size of the beds. On our reservation, we picked the rooms because they had two QUEEN sized beds. When we arrived, there were no such thing! Either two full or one King. There were no soaps available to wash our hands at the sink. Are we now to provide our own hand soap. We were only able to make one cup of coffee and only able to sugar one as well. We were in KC for a day of fun but it was dampened by the night of dissapointment!

I clicked Suite. I got the "Suite". Suite to them means that you get a chair, not a bigger room with a kitchen like the other hotels. BUT... it was a very new and clean room, even if small.
