Extended Stay America Kansas City - Lenexa - 87th St.

This was the perfect location as it was close to my parents home and close to the highway to get downtown or to overland park. Grocery stores, walmart and gas stations are fairly close. The staff was friendly and the great thing about extendedstay is that it has a kitchen which is great if you are tired of eating out and want to cook a quick meal! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay home away from home.

it was a short trip to the speedway but oiher than that it was forgettable.

I WENT FOR A FRIENDS WEDDING IN OLATHE AND WANTED A HOTEL FOR A CHEAP PRICE AND I LOOKED ON [...]AND FOUND A VERY CHEAP PRICE. THANKS [...]!!!!!

The clerk at the front was a shooting the "white Horse" addict. He addmited it to me. AND HE WAS HIGH! he asked for my i.d., made a copy and left it in the copier. signed all the papers and was ready to go the room. but...I said wheres my id? and he said " I dont know". I said it was in the copier. These are the people that commit identity theft. Watch and learn.

The only problem I had was finding the place... The address is a bit confusing... But once I found it, the staff was very friendly and I only wish I would have stayed there the night before instead of spending twice as much for about the same thing... The bed, was quite old, unlike the memory foam i had the previous night... But otherwise, it was ALMOST PERFECT... Is anything ever really perfect?????

The mattress was the worst I have ever slept on, or tried to sleep on. We had to pull the mattress from the fold out bed to give a little comfort. I talked with others that stayed from my company christmas party and no one had a mattress that was decent and if you dont get a good nite sleep its a horrible stay!

When I got there, the check in person couldn't even tell me where my room was, so I had to walk around the whole establishment in the cold at 12:00 midnight trying to find my room. Then when I got to my no smoking room, it smelled like someone had been smoking in it, the sheets and pillow cases were dirty, and when the man in the next room coughed, it sounded like he was laying right beside me!!! No lie. I usually love this hotel chain, but this was horrible. I wont be staying here again.

Good location for business and good price

This property is close to the Kansas Speedway which was our initial reason for visiting Kansas but we also found the location to be close to downtown KC, relatively close to the Royals stadium. This was a great property, very clean and the staff was wonderful assisting with cab service, letting us know that we could phone them if needing directions and were committed to making out stay an enjoyable one.

odd entrance.to get to your room you frist go inside and take the elevator,then you go back outside to get to your room.the rooms were very small.there was no stopper in the bathroom sink.the bed sheets were soiled.the lamp shades needed dusting.
