If you like trains, it's all yours
We stayed at this hotel for a wedding in Manhattan. We got the handicapped accessible room, being they were almost booked. The room looked nice, but there were bugs everywhere on the curtains, and the trains woke us up in the middle of the night! Taking a shower there could have been a disaster if one of us were handicapped. There was water all over the floor since there was no lip to hold back the water, and anyone could easily fall and hurt themselves!

Problems at Quality Inn
The hotel and accommodations were good. But I got home and noticed that the hotel charged my card for the room AGAIN. I purchased a package deal of air fare and hotel and prepaid by you guys. I verified wit the clerk that this was prepaid when I checked in and he confirmed it was. So now I'm battling trying to get things straightened out.

TRAIN WRECK
TRAIN INN
WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED AT THIS INN WE THOUGHT IT LOOKED PRETTY DESCANT BUT TO OUR SURPRISE LIKE AT 1AM WE HEARD A SHAKING IT WAS THE TRAIN THAT RAN RIGHT NEXT TO OUR ROOM.WE THOUGHT THAT WAS THE END OF THAT WHEN ANOTHER TRAIN WENT BY.THERE WERE TRAINS ALL NIGHT GOING THROUGH THERE.O! AND THE SHEETS WERE SOOO DIRTY THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS IN BED MY LEGS AND BODY WOULDN'T STOP ITCHING! WORST INN EVER!!!

Kansas mother-daughter bonding wkend
The hotel sat right on top of a set of active rr tracks! Needless toi say, we didn't have very restful sleep. The brerakfast and the pool and hottub were great, though. You do need to inform would-be guests about the rr tracks, though.

Will stay again
Check in was quick and easy. Staff very willing to accomodate requests. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Close to shopping and main road/streets.

good price, clean
If you want to be right at the edge of the shopping eating and drinking experience this is a good hotel, there were a few trains that went by, but none after 9pm that I can recall. This was a great trip and I will probably stay here again. good value, breakfast, quiet, and clean.

Convenient location to find
This Quality Inn had everything that we personally needed. Easy access from the Interstate, only 1/4 mile or so. Easy to find at a late hour. We came in about 9pm. Late check-in easy. Small enough so not to walk very far, and keyed access for security. The free breakfast was exceptional. We had waffles, made by us fresh. Great coffee and juice. Lots of other extras, oatmeal, real milk and butter. Free USA today or local paper. WI-FI in room was easy to hook up to also. Also in room ironing boards and irons and coffee and hair dryers. I can't say enough good things, Great value for amenities.

Not dependable service
The room was clean, but the air conditioning did not work well. I asked for a wake up call, but it never came. Fortunately my son called to see if we were on the road yet--and woke us up. There was a severe jolt of the elevator when we were leaving. The lady at the desk asked us if that loud noise was the elevator and when we said yes she just shrugged. No concern for our discomfort from the jolt. There was no computer available for us to use to check into our flight. We did not use any of the facilities so we cannot comment on them.
