We arrived at the Pear Tree Inn and were very pleased with the room and the staff. Went to a Chiefs game and the location was great. Close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They allowed us to check in early so that our 2 year old could take his nap and they also offered a portable crib. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, quiet, and clean, and the indoor pool/hot tub was very enjoyable. I also wish I would have brought my tennis shoes because the fitness room looked top notch as well. Very happy with our stay and would reccommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Everyone very helpful, place very nice, food was great. Great location to get anywhere in K.C.
Only minor issue when we arrived was to find a used bandaid on floor in bedroom and one stuck to ceiling fan. Also a large boog about 5 ft. up the bedroom wall by the bed. Other than that it was terrific. Would stay there again.

We needed and booked 2 queen-sized beds. We were given 1 king. We were able to work out sleeping arrangements because one of our party stayed elsewhere.
The person on duty Saturday eve. was not helpful at all in resolving the problem. We did not use the pool, workout room, or other amenities. We just needed a place to sleep that night and have breakfast in the morning before hitting the road. The breakfast was okay, not great but not terrible.
The morning desk person was polite and helpful. She contacted the manager later in the day, and we received a call from the desk person to our answer machine at home letting us know that we would receive a full refund.
It was explained to us that there were "problems" whenever rooms were booked through Orbitz or other online services and recommended booking directly through the hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised that the room and hotel were just like the pictures and description. The bed and pillows were comfy. It had everything we needed for a great weekend getaway: full refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, dishes, large flat screen tv, great breakfast, indoor & outdoor pool, etc. The service was excellent. The only negative was the slow internet speed, besides this it was wonderful.

This was our second trip to Kansas City and stay at the Drury Inn Suites made the stay very nice. We saved money by staying at the Drury and we had breakfast plus an evening glass of wine before dinner. The room was very clean and had a very nice bathroom and shower. My wife and I have lower back issues so the soft beds were not ideal.
We had a very interesting Arabia Museum tour and also the Nelson and Atkins Art Museum.
Next time we visit KC we will stay at the Drury but ask for firmer beds

Hotel was nice and comfy. Great hot breakfast in the morning and appetizers and drinks in the evening. The pool area was great. The Jacuzzi was very warm. Made for a nice relaxing soak. The swimming pool water temp was a tepid 82 degrees. Could have been about 10 degrees warmer. We had a two room suite which was nice with 2 kids. The bathroom was a little small. Overall, a great value for the money. We would definitely stay there again.

Headed to KC for an overnight stay while on the way to support some friends who participated in the Warrior Dash 2011. My wife and I have stayed with Chase once before in Lincoln Nebraska and after searching online for a good price on a place to stay we came across a good price and decided to use this company again. The room was clean, the staff were both nice and helpful, and the breakfast was a good variety of food. Thank you Chase Suites for a pleasant stay.

the facility appears to be under renovation. Ther room was sparten bur OK. the Cabinets were a keep over from the old facility and not even clean inside the drawers. But the location is great and near resturants and other facilites. The Bed was probabaly a left over and too solf and the room is not well laid out. But for the price it was a bargin. We would use it again.

Location was perfect for events I came to town to attend. Front desk staff was excellent. breakfast was lovely. afternoon coffee was a nice "perk."
room was clean though shower wasnt exactly sparkling. heat was a little loud but kept room at decent temperature. pet peeve of mine is hearing other visitors' doors slam in hallway, and this hotel's doors did NOT do this! did not use pool but friends' kids enjoyed it.

I visit often as my parents live in Leawood at an Assisted Living. This is the place I try to book if possible. With the breakfast, bar, pool, fitness center, computer room, fridge and microwave in room...it is so comfortable and very safe location when traveling alone. I totally give this hotel a thumbs up!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms very comfortable and always tended to in the mornings when I left. I was there for business and did not use the pool or fitness facility, however I used the business room and it was nice to have everything that I needed there, however I wish the computers worked faster as it took too long to load. Compared to other trips I have taken and stayed at a holiday inn, this particular one was an A+

Overall this hotel was exellent. The staff was very pleasant. The building it self was very nice and clean. Our room was spacious, clean and it was updated. Everything from the clean smell the color of the walls the updated light fixtures and small details made the room so welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. The complementary breakfast was very good and the fitness center was very usefull. Overall I would recomend this hotel to everyone.

My only problem with the hotel stay was during the booking phase. I tried to change the room type after booking and I was told after calling the 800 number that the room had been changed. But upon arrival the room had not been changed. Otherwise the hotel staff was great.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was fabulous. Very beautiful hotel. My only complaint is the bed. It was very firm and there were all kinds of crinkling waterproof mattress and comforter protectors on the bed.

Wonderful Stay! We have stayed at this Hampton a few other times and have consistently had very good experiences. The rooms are clean and quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The airconditioner is not intrusive to a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and efficient. It is very close to Oak Park Mall. The hotel is off the main road so it is a little hard to find, but nothing a little planning won't fix. All the ladies in my group were very pleased.

The hotel and room were very clean. The staff was friendly, but I had to call the hotel to check out after standing at the desk waiting for about 5 minutes. There was no bell at the front desk, and I also had to wait to check in. The staff was very friendly, though.

It was very quiet. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The waffle iron nearly died on us, but it was okay. Check out took 3 seconds, literally. Check in took about 4 minutes. The room was very clean. There was a macaroni grill near-by and we don't have that where we came from. I was SO excited! I did not try any of the other amenities. The room was a little quirky though, it was not super dark, you had to lift up on the handle to open the door, and the water took a minute or two to get warm. Overall, it was very good. The computer in the lobby was helpful and the staff was always helpful.

Nice, clean, modern. The 2 dbl bed suite had a sitting area w/desk, nice flat screen tv. comfy beds. Great breakfast, including Belgian waffle machine! Only problem was a fire alarm scare at 4:30 AM, false alarm, no explanation. It went off again the next nite at 3:30 AM but stopped in less than a minute. Guess they need to get that fixed LOL. All in all a great experience.

The hotel was very nicely decorated with helpful staff. Our only complaint was that the pool was on the small side. Otherwise the room was comfortable, breakfast was fine and the overall stay was great.
