Fine hotel, frustrating experience
If you're looking for a clean hotel with all the basics covered, this place will suit you just fine. The room was clean, the internet was great, and we weren't bothered by any particular aspect of the hotel. However, we had a fairly frustrating experience with this location. According to their website, they allow pets. My wife and I traveled almost 200 miles with our dog in-tow only to arrive to the hotel and find out that they DON'T allow pets, and charge $100 for any violation. My personal advice: If you plan to travel with pets, call the hotel in advance, and don't simply rely on a hotel corporate office to keep their website up-to-date.

my go to place
I visit often as my parents live in Leawood at an Assisted Living. This is the place I try to book if possible. With the breakfast, bar, pool, fitness center, computer room, fridge and microwave in room...it is so comfortable and very safe location when traveling alone. I totally give this hotel a thumbs up!

Business Traveling Trip
The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms very comfortable and always tended to in the mornings when I left. I was there for business and did not use the pool or fitness facility, however I used the business room and it was nice to have everything that I needed there, however I wish the computers worked faster as it took too long to load. Compared to other trips I have taken and stayed at a holiday inn, this particular one was an A+

nice place
it was very nice inside and out. very comfortable bed (big plus). I would stay there again. The only negative was there was a ceiling tile outside the bathroom that had obvious mold on it and it hadn't been changed out to get rid of the mold.

7 miles north on lamar was a very good bbq place called RJ's bbq

They were very nice at the hotel. they upgraded us to a suite because they only had king size beds left and we had 4 people. But the bedroom stayed cool and the other room was warm. The breakfast would of been nice if it was complimentary. The pool was very small my kids didn't want to use it because it was very busy and not a lot of room.Also my husband needed to print something out and the business center was close the whole time we were there.
