The hotel could use a face lift, but there is nothing wrong with it. Some things in my room, like the recliner, seemed a bit dingy, but the most important part, the bed, was comfortable and clean.

Staff was friendly and helpful with directions. Overnight stay included a breakfast buffet. Pool and jacuzzi a plus. Rooms were super clean and modern. Decor and style made it cozy. Hotel close to the I-70 highway.

After a long drive I had to wait in line to check in by less than helpful staff, then wait for another 15 minutes on a room key to be replaced. Other than that, the room was beautiful, clean and quiet. Breakfast was average.

We were in town for the weekend. We are a family of 6 and found the Family suite perfect for our needs. It has 3 queen size beds so everyone had a good nights rest. The pool was a hit with the kids and breakfast was more than we ever expected. Most hotels that offer a free breakfast offer some fruit dry cereal and a bagel. Ramada not only had those items but eggs sausage french toast yogart and more. The Zoo was just a few miles away so we took advantage of that. I will definately be back when I am in Topeka. As a flight attendant I stay in a lot of hotels, this is one that I would recommend to everyone.

I had booked two rooms for our trip and due to a medical emergency of a family member I was unable to use the 2nd room. The timing of the event prevented me from changing or cancelling the reservation. I was unable to get any satisfaction from the motel or from Orbitz (hard and fast rules, you know). It is disappointing that the human factor and compassion have to be sacrificed for the rules of the system.
I did not want money back. I wanted credit for one room which we would have put to use for a return trip within a month probably. Instead, after researching the "best deals" and choosing Orbitz and Econo Lodge I ended up spending more for one room than I would have for most higher priced motels!
There was a great deal of frustration and a lot of time wasted attempting to communicate with people and computers that were all programmed to be inflexible.

A very clean hotel, with exceptionally friendly staff, and a wonderful location with your choice of many of the standard restaurant chains. A perfect place for an overnight stay on a cross country trip. Pet friendly to boot!

I have stayed in fancier places but have never before encountered such a friendly, caring staff. This goes for EVERYONE I had contact with - the manager, front desk personnel and housekeepers. A girl at the front desk was telling me how to get a cup of coffee whenever I wanted. I mentioned that I actually prefer tea. She ended up bringing me some special tea bags she had that come from Africa!
They were very helpful in getting my family's rooms as close together as possible.
Some of my family did not arrive on time because a flight was cancelled. They were very understanding and did not charge for the room that night because the circumstances were beyond our control.
I'm surprised this is not a 4 or 5 star facility. It's beautiful, well maintained and they told us the lobby was recently renovated.

The rooms had awesome beds, TVs, and breakfast. The breakfast had eggs, biscuts n gravy, sausage, cereal, etc. The only downfal was the shower. The water came out if I was on the moon(no gravity).

Nicely refurbished older motel. Comfortable bed. Clean, new carpets, and nice furniture. Why wasn't the water slide open? Staff when we checked in couldn't smile were preoccupied with phone calls and administrative details.
The breakfast was above average with a large selection, no paper or plastic, friendly and welcoming waitress.
At the Orbitz price this was a great value

Clean, modern hotel. Outside pool, free breakfast every morning. Great staff! The young man that checked me in took me on a little tour to show me where the pool, the exercise room,the breakfast area and the convenience store were. We had a problem with the door key and maintenace was there very quickly to fix it.

This hotel was clean, and easily accessible from the highway. The staff was, for the most part friendly. It seems to be new, so some maintenance issues should be taken care of - there was something dripping in the bathroom vent that was so loud, that I had to keep the bathroom door closed (I reported that issue to the front desk), and the shower in the bathtub was hard to turn on and off.

the room absolutely stank of rotten feet odor, we checked in at 3 pm went to the room and it just reaked, i talked to 2nd shift receptionist and she said that there was nothing she could do about it, well about 11pm that night we just had to do something i mean we had 2 kids with us also, but the 3 rd shift receptionist did give us another room only after she herself smelled the odor of the room, you could open our door up and smell it about atleast 50 ft away. if she could give us another room why couldnt the other lady do the same where we wouldnt have to smell that odor for all day long.

You can almost always count on Comfort Inn. This one has nice sized rooms, wonderful beds. Quiet environment. On occasion I have stayed at this location when a volleyball tournament was in town and the kids love the pool- and it wasn't quiet. Week-days you can count on an older quieter group of visitors. There are lots of shopping, dining and entertainment opportunties in the immediate area.

It was nice and peaceful. It was great that our room was truly a non smoking room.
We have previously stayed at other hotels and requested a non smoking room,but that wasn't the case. Even after we requested another room, that also smelled like smoke. So my wife and I were very pleased that our room, was really smoke free.

The rooms were decent and clean. The breakfast served biscuts and gravy but there was no waffle maker. One outside door lock was broke and you didn't have to use your key to get in.

Room clean, but odor from air conditioner. Had the TV, mini-refrigerator on the desktop and microwave oven on floor. Coffee pot hadn't been cleaned, so i didn't use it. Staff was great!! Breakfast plentiful and tasty.

We live here in topeka, and my husband and I just wanted to get a way for the night and fairfield inn made it seem like we were a million miles away from our home town. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable and overall appearance of the hotel was quiet and relaxing and clean. Thanks.

I was here on bussiness and had to go to school so my main importance was studing. I need to feel at home and not have to worry about finding something to eat. I got to cook all in the comfort of my room . which mad it great for me. Cost could have being given a better rate due to the lenght of my stay. But all and all great.
By the way I am still here.

Just a quick stop over on a cross country trip. The hotel was clean and friendly staff. NO free breakfast, but does have a kitchen. It would be a good place for a longer stay. Be careful with the WiFi, someone did try to compromise my connection.

The hotel was clean and adequate for my use. Unfortunately the pool was not yet open for use. If this is important you are advised to check for yourself. Breakfast items are provided bu very little variety was offered. The hotel has many restaurant choices in the immediate area that might serve you better. Because of the ammenities offered I would rate this average at best.

Older motel which is in desperate need of renovation. Bedding and room were not clean and the wash cloths have a grayish tint to them. Tub/shower leaked water across the floor through a joint in the surround. For a non-smoking room it was unpleasnat to have your bedding smell like smoke. Won't be staying here again.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a free upgrade to a full suite, which was amazing. The hotel was beautiful, and the room was very nice; it included a private balcony, kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom.
There are only a few complaints about the hotel. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very poor. It wasn't strong enough to rinse the excess toothpaste off of my toothbrush. The shower (while nice) shot some dirt/rust out of the faucet when I first turned it on. That should be fixed. The television remote (for the two very nice TVs) could have been better. I could not use my DVD player on the one in the living room because there was no way to switch the input, but the TV in the bedroom had a DVD player built in to the system. The sleep button on the remote did not work.
Other than that, the staff was very friendly, and the room was very nice, and located only a short drive from the best shopping and food in the city.

Senate Luxury Suites was a great place to stay! Only a short walk to the capital building and downtown intrests. We enjoyed the stay and couldnt beat the price for such great service and spacious rooms!

While the desk staff was nice and even called to make sure I had everything I needed in my room, that is where the "good stuff" ends.
The room was dirty and in need of dusting. The sink needed to be cleaned. The linens on the bed had holes in them. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have slept in. I woke up at about 30 minute intervals during the night due to the discomfort.
I won't be back. The money spent was more than the room was worth.
