Super 8 Wichita/West/Airport

i just think for what i ended paying was just a little too much,, for the conditions of the hotel it wasnt that bad but i stiil think i should of payed less

We went to the zoo and art museum and this motel was a good location to do both but stay economically as we needed two rooms. This was also near a large shopping area with good dining.

The staff were very freindly and helpful, and the room was clean and quiet enough. Although the room itself was smoke free, the hallway reeked of ancient smoke. The "security" doors at either end of the building were not lockable. During the day, they left one door propped open presumably to mitigate the smokey smell: Not even close. Maybe the drip in the bathtub will be fixed by the time you stay there.

This is basic lodging at best. Bed is equal to sleeping on a piece of plywood. Cleaniness is a concern. Asset looks dated as is not well maintained. A slight step up from the hunting camp.

this is old tired hotel, would only reccomend if it was last place in town with a room. rooms were cramped, soiled carpet, no fan in bathrooms. back door broken, breakfast was almost a joke. staff at check in was very helpful, in the morning not helpful at all. several resturants close by, aboout the only good point. beds were comfortable. we were travleing through, freeway access is good.

the motal was reasonably priced and the beds were confortable. It's an old motel that has been remodeled. Noticed paint peeling frm ceiling. Location of breakfast are is a motel room that has been remoteled into a kitchen area.

I was traveling alone and they helped me with directions. I needed to catch an early flight, so they gave me a convient room. The room was cleaner than I expected and didn't have that "cleaning/disinfectant" smell. I came late and left early, and for price and convience the stay was safe and clean.

It was nice and quiet - got lots of needed sleep. Staff was very helpful in writing down how to get to the airport from their place.

I chose this motel because the price was good and it was close to the airport with a shuttle. Checking in went fine; the desk clerk was friendly. I was given a room upstairs which was ok but being by myself, I had to carry all my sacks & luggage (including a very large, heavy suitcase) up the stairs since they did not have an elevator. As I went to my room, I noticed how the walls needed cleaning or a fresh coat of paint. Once inside the room, I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness, such as under the sink, a piece of plywood was used as a cover for the cabinet. The bathroom was clean. When I pulled back the bedding for the night, there was a tiny bug under the sheets. I looked for others, but didn't see any. I checked the other bed and it looked ok. When I went to check out at 4:50 a.m., I asked for a receipt and they would not give me one saying that since I had made my resetrvation on line, the confirmation was my receipt. I insisted that I had to have a receipt to know what I acutally was charged, but they refused. Every motel that I have stayed with gives a receipt even if I did make the reservation via on-line. The shuttle was fine and the trip to the airport went well. But I won't be staying there again.

i just came in for a business class, the motel was clean, quiet, the bed was ok, i would stay here again
