Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very clean and the service was great. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The lady in the gift shop of the hotel that helped us with our show tickets was great and very knowledgeable about the shows and marking the map for us with the best directions for moving around town. We will be back and I would highly recommend the Best Western Music Capital Inn to everyone.

This was a great place to stay. Centrally located, and nice rooms. However, if there were a lot of people staying over, the hot water was very limited.

Very close to lots of great restaurants. We loved the Rowdy Beaver Restaurant!!! Everyone at the hotel was friendly. The rooms were spotless. We have season tickets for Silver Dollar City so we will probably stay at LaQuinta next time, too.

It was nice. I passed the place twice tho (the bright lights of the attractions were distracting) but check-in was easy. Walls a little on the thin side, could use a fresh coat of paint in a few places, but overall it was a nice place to stay and it felt safe.

Checked in one day early, person that checked us in was excellent, went out of her way to be sure we were taken care of and and got us in the room we had booked for the next two days so we wouldn't have to move. She was fast efficient and was thinking a step ahead. Hotel was quiet a big plus, clean and nice. There was a huge spider in our room we suggested they spray the room when we checked out. I know they will. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was friendly. Wish they would have room service otherwise perfect!

While arriving late at check in at hampton inn everyone was very friendly offering suggestions for shows and restauraunts and even giving us coupons for nearby restauraunts. Room was very clean and pool area. Breakfasts was a a 10/10 experience. I will defenitely stay again.

the hotel it self is in a great location and really close to everything in Branson. the main issues we had were with the cleanliness. the shower curtain had mold on it and when notified of the issue the hotel staff took 6 hours and a few reminders from us to come and change it. The hot tub was broken and it took two days for it to be fixed.

Overall the stay was typical of hotel stays we've had before. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The only thing we encountered was with the front desk staff. She wouldn't give us our frequent stay points because we booked through an on line service. She insisted we had to directly book with them in order to get the points. However, we have stayed at other holiday inn expresses, which we booked through this online service and never had this issue before. The front desk clerk replied, "That's funny, you are the 2nd person to say that tonight." We called the rewards program and had no problem with them giving us our points.

We rented two adjoining rooms for one night and they were what one would expect for $100.00 a room a night. Rooms and Hotel were clean although one had a slight musty odor. Staff was pleasant. The breakfast was good and it was close to the attractions we were there to visit. If I was planning a one or two night stay I would stay here again. Any longer though I would probably go with a condo near the lake.

Great location. Right off Highway 76. Very bright light feeling to the rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable. Could use some darkening shades for the window or bring your own eye shades. They have a free continental breakfast or pay extra for hot food. No fresh fruit.

Our stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Branson, MO was fabulous! My husband and I, plus my sister and her husband, all shared a 2-bedroom suite. The hotel thought of everything we might need! Each bedroom had its own bathroom, plus we had a nice sized family sitting area, and a FULL kitchen, along with a table and 4 chairs, microwave, dishwasher, full refrigerator. Dishes were already in the cupboards and pans for cooking! The cost was quite inexpensive, especially with 2 couples sharing the suite. 2 of my cousins and their spouses did the same thing, as we were there for a family reunion. The lady who cleaned our rooms was wonderful, [...] is her name. Another great thing is the full breakfast buffet each morning, free of charge. We rented the front breakfast area for an afternoon reunion get-together with about 40 relatives, super place for that. All staff were helpful and considerate. We also went to a couple shows, ate out a few times, and rode THE DUCKS, which was super fun. Perfect place for a family reunion. Oh yes, we used the outdoor gas grill area a couple times, worked well for cooking burgers, or just sitting in the evening and visiting. The Branson area is beautiful. Lots of touristy things, but that is just part of the ambiance. We loved it.

PROS: The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was well stocked - even the coffee was passable. The shower was wonderful - powerful and hot. The cable TV featured a variety of good channels. The internet was adequate, but easy to connect to. The pool looked very nice, but we did not use it. Centrally located on the strip.
CONS: The rooms are exterior, so if the parking lot is noisy, so is your room. The "fitness center" is a fitness area. There is one key, which has to be picked up and turned into the desk within one hour. There is not much in it - a rack, a treadmill, and a recumbant cycle. There is a sauna attached to the room, but this area isn't big enough to fit more than one person at a time.
Overall, a GREAT stay with the exception of exercise. I will definitely return.

location was good because you could use the back roads and not "the strip" place was clean and comfortable and quite. Room was big enough. We did not try the free breakfast. Staff friendly and informative. Could be difficult to find location if we had not called for directions.

We traveled spur of the moment. Hotel was way nicer than photos. We got a studio room which was in a little cabin-y type building not in the main hotel, which was fine. Room was nice, smallish but not bad, we were plenty comfortable. Everything we needed. Would definitely return.

comfortable beds, view of hills, needed to call for better directions because we got confused on first try to locate. Nice location though traffic wise and quiet area. Could get where we needed to without
being stuck in hiway 76 ; good access to alternate routes.Pool was great no deeper than 4-5 feet (Kids were able to touch everywhere-no concerns about safety.

The service was great, the beds very comfortable, everything appeared clean - until my granddaughter crawled on the carpeting and her feet were black when she got up. The location is a little difficult to find. Overall it was a good stay just not the 3-star rating I expected [...]. It's a 2-star at best.

liked the living room area, we hooked up the Wii and had a great time with that. also the large kitchen was perfect especially the bar area between the kitchen and living room. lovedthe screened porch, and large bedrooms with baths. Would have liked to stay longer in this comfortable condo. Good location too, close to activities but quiet area.
we did lock ourselves out of the room and the maintenance staff was quick to respond (at 11pm)!

The hotel was okay, but not what I thought it would be. I expected the room to have a mini sink and laundry facilities and they did not. You could tell that the room we stayed in used to be a smoking room. The dining at the hotel was a little pricey and did not have much variety. There were only 9 things on the menu. The swimming pool was indoors which I wanted in case it rained while we were there. I can't complain too much, the staff was really nice and filled my requests when asked. The hotel was within walking distance of a lot of neat activities!

checking in is a nightmare. we had to ask several people for location. there are NO signs anywhere that say Carriage Place. You go to the address and you will not be able to find it. to check in you have to go across the street to another building, then you have to get a sales pitch from a "concierge". Also harrassed by same person on having to check both cars in for parking permits. The rooms, when we found our building, were very nice. We loved them. Checking out at 10am was kind of odd. wont stay at a "time share" place again. We were not aware thats what this was.

The property and price were great....once I found it! There was nothing on Orbitz or on the confirmation that indicated the property is managed by Grand Crown Resorts and there is no signage at the property that identifies Carriage Place. I was looking for the address on my confirmation. Having arrived in Branson at 11pm, I was left driving around for 45 minutes, making several stops for misguided directions, before I finally found a hotel nearby who was able to direct me to the correct location. Needless to say I was very frustrated by the time I finally found the place.

the pool wasn't open for us when we had plans. it didn't open up until after we had to check out and we were doing things in the evening. we paid to go here for the pool but couldn't use it. might as well have gone somewhere else. but the place is nice. liked the restaurant but had to pay for our meal. it was nice that it was buffet style for breakfast.
