easy access to main roads; clean room, comfortable beds; we liked it so well, we recommended it to a couple we met at dinner and they were able to get a room also.

Very good. The rooms were clean,quiet and the staff was friendly.

We had requested a late check in. Arriving at 9 pm in the area, we could not find the hotel. It was a very congested area. We tried repeatedly to reach them via phone with no answer. Upon finally locating the place, it was 10 pm. We discovered the hotel staff had disabled their phone system and neither incoming or outgoing call could be made. ( A definate safety issue) This made me uneasy. We were too tired to hunt for a different place, or we would have left. Upon checking our room, we found the bedsheets had apparently not been changed on one of rhe beds. The bed had just been remade. We requested room service. The only person availabe at the hotel was a clerk with a broken ankle who was hobbling around on crutches. He was helpful in giving another, cleaner room. He would have been of no assistance to anyone in event of an emergency, even to himself. The beds were fair. This was by no means a 3 star facility. I recommend [...]no longer lists this hotel as it reuses the sheets without laundering.

location was good because you could use the back roads and not "the strip" place was clean and comfortable and quite. Room was big enough. We did not try the free breakfast. Staff friendly and informative. Could be difficult to find location if we had not called for directions.

Very ordinary hotel, I picked it because of the price and three stars rating for this hotel.

The hotel and rooms are old, but they were clean. The lobby was small and wasn't open all night. The lobby didn't open until 6AM. The location was great. It isn't in the heart of Branson, but still very close. It was quite and clean.

This was our first trip to Branson and we enjoyed our stay at the Lodge. It was very affordable, clean rooms and quiet. Nothing fancy but a good value. Pool was small but nice, continental breakfast was ample and staff was friendly. Location was also good--away from the strip but easy to get to everything. Would stay there again.

GPS didn't give the right location for this hotel but once we found it, the location was great (because we know all the back roads and prefer to use them than 76). The staff was nice, check-in was speedy. There is NO elevator which makes it hard to carry luggage up 3 floors. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Don't look behind the nightstand to plug stuff in, cause I think that is where the maids stick all the trash. I think the thing that made me dislike the hotel was the shower. I really judge a hotel off of the shower pressure. I'm short (5'4) and the water hit me at chest level so my 6'4 husband had a hard time. The water softener was turned up too high, leaving you feeling slimy and the pressure was HORRIBLE making showers extra long to ensure you were thoroughly rinsed. But, the location was handy, the staff were nice, it was very quiet, plenty of parking, 11am check-out, normal looking hotel room, wifi worked great, mini fridge, lots of channels, a great free breakfast, and affordable pricing. I MIGHT stay again, IF I can't get a good deal on a condo. I REALLY recommend the condos in Branson.
