Don't cancel short notice!!
The hotel was decent enough. Poor continental breakfast. The big problem was that one of our children became extremely ill after our first night's stay. When we had to come home and get our child to the doctor ASAP,we were told that we could not receive any refund on our room because we booked through [...]. Apparently, if we had booked through them, we may have received some compensation. I understand there is a cancellation policy and not receiving any refund, but just because we booked through [...]? The hotel or [...]should make such policies clear on their websites.

Clean, quiet, and would return again
Liked location because NOT on main strip; easy in & out. Daily maid service was very good. Need to work on HOT breakfast items, no fresh fruit either. Building in good shape and clean. A/C worked good. Best view 4th floor back side. Strange thing charged my CC full stay amount at check-in time not check-out...hmmm...could I get a refund if we decided to leave early now that is the question.

Good hotel
Clean room, good mattress and pillows, good shower, great television, good service, fairly good breakfast - better than continental, not as good as "hot" breakfast. Overall, we would stay there again.

Not all rooms pillowtop mattresses
Room was clean, however I booked motel because of description of pillowtop mattresses. Mattress was a little on the hard side, and not pillowtop. Clerk advsd I could get a pillowtop, if I wanted to pay a little more for a room upgrade. Over all it is an ok place, but nothing really special.

"Great location"
My wife and I were in town to rest and relax, and see the fall foliage. We had easy access to Silver Dollar City and were able to stay out of the majority of the traffice. One of our best stays in Branson! Scenic Hills was great for the price!

Great location, great price
We got lost finding the hotel(gps problem), called the hotel and they were very friendly and helpful in finding it. Check in was quick and easy, staff was extremly friendly. Room was a nice size but the bathroom was small. The location was perfect, it was only about a 5 minute drive to the main strip in Branson. Easy to get in and out of. Will stay there again.

Great location, Good price & very clean
We saw three shows while in Branson. Had some good food and enjoyed our hotel stay. Everyone was very helpful. Would compare this as one of our better experiences at a new place.
