It is a nice clean hotel room and the same breakfast as most Holiday Inn's I guess, but the staff make the place. Every single person in the place was fantastic. We had a small issue with the air-con but Dave the maintenance man sorted it straight away. And then other staff checked that all was well and then checked again. This team is Wonderful.

Great Value
The suite was great, plenty of room for a family of five. Breakfast was pretty good. Enjoyed the close proximity of dining facilities and recreation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again. It surpasses the last trip I took.

Great hotel
We didn't get to stay very long but while we were there, we enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. It was also very convenient to walk across the street to the Olive Garden.

Excellent & spacious, clean room
Everything was great, the location was among lots of good restaurants, room was very clean & lots of large. Full breakfast, scrambled eggs one day & omelets the next.Plus sausage, biscuits & gravy, fresh rolls, yogurt, waffles etc. We were impressed-not the everyday cereal bar. We'd use this hotel from now on whenever we go thru here. Employees very friendly.

Great hotel even with minor mishaps
The hotel is very very nice, upscale for a Holiday Inn, great warm cookies and cold milk served at night, pretty decent breakfast in the am (what you would expect from a "free" breakfast, the only issue was the pool area was closed due to painting and I was not informed of this prior to my leaving by orbitz (which I plan to address directly with orbitz), they did however, give guest passes to their sister hotel The Victorian Inn, which was literally 50 feet away, and it was nice. Other than that, hotel lived up to my expectations and would certainly stay there again. The staff was outstanding with every single person we ran into had a smile and a "hello" for us, down to the maintenance person. Never have I stayed somewhere and experienced such professionalism.

I have been disappointed by past Holiday Inns but this one was great. The friendliest staff that was always moving checking on things. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel was decorated nice and modern. The breakfast was a better than most selection.This is the only hotel for me now in this town. Thanks!

Good times
We enjoyed the pool, and the convenience to the highway and eating establishments. Great breakfast the only thing it was lacking was soda as an option for drinks.
