I was there for three nights for business and the HI Express did a nice job on all my basic "must haves" - exercise room, WiFi in the room, free (and good!) breakfast, comfortable and clean room. I would definitely recommend it. And the fresh-baked cookies in the evening are always nice!

Pleasant, on a business trip to the Fenton Area, I spent some time reading the reviews, and for the price level was the best rated. I must say I concur. The only "objection" if I may say, was the breakfast options included; for a diabetic person like myself there was not much I could eat, but a banana in the morning.

Upon check-in, I was given a room key and sent to the 2nd floor. My room keys didn't work so I went back to the front desk. The man who checked me in had given me the wrong room. He didn't apologize or try to make it right but let the other clerk on duty deal with it. After a long day of driving I was tired and just wanted to be in my room but he really made it more frustrating. Otherwise the hotel was nice and the beds comfortable. The pool was a bit small but okay for a few small young children to play in.

Our trip to southeast Missouri ended when we woke up to find our car had been broken into during the night. It was parked under a light in the Holiday Inn parking lot directly under our window, but we were on the third floor. The hotel staff was great about helping us clean up the mess and put plastic over our window for the 2.5 hour drive home, but what a way to end our holiday weekend trip to visit family. The other unfortunate part was that we had some gifts from our cruise to Hawaii to give our grandchildren in the back seat and they were stolen. The hotel is not responsible for any of the damage or loss, and we won't be able to replace those gifts. The accomodations were nice, the room clean, the hotel staff friendly, the indoor pool a bit small, and the breakfast was tasty.

Myself, my sister, and 2 friends stopped overnight on our way to Branson MO. The room was great and the cost reasonable. Being unfamiliar with the area, we had a little trouble finding the hotel after dark.

Great value for money. Great highway access; good restaurants nearby. Clean comfortable hotel.

Clean and quiet with very comfortable bed; who could ask for more. Breakfast was good and newspaper was delivered to my door every morning. The weather was cool for the first few days but my room was too warm and the a/c would not cool down the room They said a/c units mounted under the window like that sense the outside air temp and won't come on if it is cool outside no matter how warm it was inside. The window oould be opened only a few inches and a ceiling fan would have been really nice. Once the outside temps warmed up, the a/c worked fairly well if I sent it to its coldest settings. Other than that, my stay was enjoyable.

Very friendly staff. clean comfotable room. Very happy with the stay. The pool was a little small but not bad. I had 2 boys 12 and 13 yrs so they put the pool to good use.
