Dirty, Dirty, Dirty
At first glance the room seemed clean. Upon closer inspection, there was a thick layer of dust under & around the TV, all lamps, light switches...anything that required human touch was filthy, the phone had something spilled on it and the hand piece was covered in human face grease, the ice bucket & lid were dirty. I will never stay there again

Road Trip
One of the worst hotels I have stayed in
The hotel is older and has not been updated in a very long time. It is very noisy. We experienced workers in the room above doing significant maintenance (sounded like a jack hammer) starting at 8:00am in the morning. Breakfast was poor comparable to similar hotels. We stayed at the La Quinta Inn on the way down (road trip), and were not impressed. However after staying at the Comfert Inn, we really missed La Quinta (not a great hotel, but far superior to Comfert Inn). I could not give this hotel a worse rating.

unbeatable location for the price
We stayed in Joplin to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday a little early. We went to shop and use the hot tub. The room was pleasant and cheery not to mention very clean.I appreciated that our non smoking room did not smell likre cigarettes at all. thank you! Previous motel stays have had smokie non smoking rooms.

Filth is for Pigs
DISGUSTING! IF YOU LIKE FILTH- STAY HERE
Checked into a room with USED, DIRTY SHEETS ON THE BED. URINE dried on the toilet seat. DRIED, BLOODY BOOGER on the nightstand. Switched to another room: POOP stuck around the rim of the toilet seat. URINE dried on bathroom floor around toilet. PUBIC HAIR in the tub. Called the corp. office, was told this place is about to be on suspension and unable to use the COMFORT INN moniker because of complaints. DISGUSTING! If I hadn't pre-paid on line, would have checked out IMMEDIATELY.

It was fine.
There was a small issue when we first checked.in. That was quickly resolved. The workout equipment is in poor shape.

Weekend Getaway
Dirty dirty dirty
The curtains on the window had a thick coat of dust on them at the top. The bathroom and tub was dirty and the room ceiling had some sort of stains on it. A group of people had several rooms rented out on our floor and were having a late night party in the hall - heavily intoxicated and someone had thrown up in the hallway. I will not be staying there ever again.

Big Ben
hotel worth staying at twice
We stayed 1 nite going to vacation and the hotel was so good that we stayed there again on our return home. Thats unusual for us.
