Lage:Das gemütliche Hotel liegt in günstiger Lage zum Flughafen (etwa 3,2 km) und ist ca. 30 km vom Stadtzentrum von Kansas City entfernt. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung befindet sich eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants.
Ausstattung:Das im Jahr 2006 renovierte Mittelklassehotel verfügt auf 3 Etagen über insgesamt 80 Zimmer. Es bietet den Gästen eine Empfangshalle mit rund um die Uhr geöffneter Rezeption, Hotel-Safe und Aufzug. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, eine Waschgelegenheit und den Wäscheservice in Anspruch zu nehmen (Gebühr). Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz ist vorhanden.

The hotel was very clean and up to date. I especially liked the white, washable comforter instead of the polyester type. The room was quiet - no airport or traffic noise. Shuttle service was prompt and available at all times. The room was available even at a late check-in time. Breakfast was varied, plentiful, and warm. Fresh fruit and yogurt were also available. I would definitely stay there again if need an overnight between flights.

Great place to stay. We've enjoyed this hotel both as a family and as a couple. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because I've stayed in some pretty posh places. It's definitely above average and I'll stay at Drury Inns again.

We have stayed there twice now. I actually tried a different hotel while I was in Kansas city last month and actually checked out to go back to Chase Suites. For my daughter, my fiance and I it was PERFECT! we got the 2 bedroom this time and it was a really nice stay. Almost like your own little apartment and the beds are so comfortable. Will DEF use this hotel again

Wow! What a great hotel. Front desk people were so pleasant and willing to help in any way. The rooms were spotless and modern. Beds were comfy and washrooms spotless. The breakfast was above and beyond and the loby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. A home away from home.

Needed a hotel near the airport that was reasonably priced but safe, clean. Was very happy with the Hyatt Place. Staff is very friendly & accommodating, rooms are HUGE & geared toward business travelers (multiple inputs and a/c plus thru/o room). Rooms are simple & modern, Hyatt Place branding is clean and contemporary. Appreciate inclusion of tea along with coffee and toothpaste :) Room service would be a plus but a very nice, comfortable stay under not the best of circumstances.

This hotel is new & clean and the staff was very friendly! I randomly chose this hotel because it was the highest star rated, with the lowest price. I'm glad I did, it was the perfect place to stay...and there was a mall and restaurants within a few miles.

This is by far the worst hotel experience I have had. I was given keys to my first room which had a short in the light and made a horrible noise. The staff was less than friendly when I asked to switch rooms. I was then moved to a room on the other side of the hotel. The room was small, the floors were sticky and the room had a humid moist feel to it. The bathroom was the most digusting thing I have seen! The toilet seat was left up with evidence of the last guest in the toilet, the shower floor was dirty, one of the towels had blood on it, and the shower smelled so strong of feet that I had to leave the curtain open to breathe. I showered with flip flops on because the floor was slimy. There was even a hanger left in the bathroom from the last guest! The lock on the front door that is something to reassure the guest could be pulled right off and you could see outside! The only good part about my experience was that I only had to stay one night. The only reason why I didn't leave was because I am 20 and the other hotels in the area require you to be 21 to check in.

The hotel allows visitors to park in their lot and take their shuttle to the airport and save the cost of parking fees while on their trip. They pick you up when you return and return you to your car. Makes the cost of room seems more reasonable.

The hotel shutle service isGREAT, we had a 5:30am flight out of MCI,and our return flight at 12:10am. Called and shuttle was ready to pick us up----only 10 minute wait. Aaron is a wonderful driver and employee.
Also, good food at the restaurant.

I stayed there because I had an early flight. The hotel was good for what I wanted. The staff was friendly and helpful. They pick me up from the car rental return and then took me to the terminal at 4:00 am no questions asked. Great service.

Close to airport, convenient shuttle, finicky shower

The main problem was it was hard to turn the bath into the shower. Fortunately my boyfriend figured it out (maybe just pulled it hard enough), but if I had been by myself I might have not been able to take a shower. Other than that, it was fine, the airport shuttle was very convenient - it's practically seconds away from the airport and they will take you whenever you want to go.

I really enjoyed the stay at Fairfield. I was in for just a day and yet the staff did everything to make me comfortable and feel welcome. The shuttle driver took me over to a local shopping center where I could get a good meal. The locale is very close to the airport but not near much of anything else. It was just what I needed for this trip.
