The people were friendly and allowed pets. Its right across the street from a Walmart. The rooms were nice. Overall it was a nice stay. I got a late flight in and there was no problem checking in past midnight. They had my key ready for me so that all i did was have to pick them up and go to my room. Very accommodating.

Great Hotel For Pigging Out At Lambert's

We stayed here just so we could eat at Lambert's Cafe. The location is perfect right off the interstate. The breakfast bar was excellent and the cinnamon rolls were to die for. You'll need the workout room after eating in this town!

this was a great stay! We had many bad experiences on this vacation but this one was not one of them. The room was nice and the hotel is easy to find. The lady who did breakfast was the best ever. She was friendly, eager to please and made sure that everyone had enough to eat. More employees should be like her.

Facility was top notch and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and an evening buffet was also served. Only issue we had was a leaking shower head. Reported at checkout and I'm sure it was taken care of for the next guest.

It was my first time staying at a Best Western and I enjoyed it. I was suprised to see how much space we had in our room. But, it was a good amount of space for the cost of the room. I had no expectations prior to the trip. I was joined by my best friend but I do plan on returning to that location with my boyfriend and(Maybe our kids). I truly appreciate the nice staff and the cleanliness of the facility. The complimentary breakfast was suprising too. I even took a picture of the receptionist (along with many other picutres).

very unfriendly [*] all i wanted was clean towels with no stains on them that was a problem for the staff not inclunding one member of mgmt who was congenial to my needs a enough for two guests two towels apeace please,wont come back was put by a loud closing door and right beside some really bad curry smells i thing the family stayed next door to me tHAT OWNED IT,THE PLACE STUNK,SECURITY DOOR DIDNT LOCK,SHEETS DIRTY BEDSPREAD SMELLED BAD

The hotel refused to honor our reservation because there was a rush on hotels that night and they were price gouging. The person at the desk told us that the reservation meant nothing and then tried to raise the rate even though we had our confirmation [...] in our hands. The desk attendant was extremely rude and yelled at us repeatedly. We did not stay there and went across the street to the Comfort Inn. I cannot stress enough: Do Not Stay Here!
