Quick check in, clean, comfortable and fantastic location.

We stayed for one night. My husband is disabled and we needed a handicapped accessible room. They originally had me as a double not a king handicapped accessible room. The front desk immediately fixed the problem. The room was good and clean however, the bathroom had a tub shower combo with a shower chair that was not clean. In these rooms they need to have a handicapped accessible shower or simply a shower. It was difficult for my husband to get out of the shower and I was not going to let him use the shower chair due to germs in general. I will recommend this hotel to others.

It was an overall great stay, everything about it and the staff was excellent.

Took review advice and stayed in room away from highway. Very clean, pull out couch was a bonus and crown molding was good. Spacious with 2 adults and 2 bags. The bed was firm and they give 6 pillows. The air conditioner works really good and there is a ceiling fan above the bed! Saw a couple families during the day but did not hear anything at night. I travel to Springfield once a year a this hotel will probably be my permanent stay from now on.

pleased with the size of the room as a lot of space to move around; very big breakfast with every thing that you need; very helpful and pleasant staff and no problem with a late checkout request; all at a very modest price; had an excellent stay

We have stayed here numerous times and this hotel offers all a family would need..the best! Small fridge in the room also a plus...internet offered at lobby check in....available for personal use...great breakfast, nice staff, quiet and clean!

The price of this hotel was good but it involved some sacrifice. The room was a little musty smelling, probably because we were right next to the pool. The pool, even though small, was well kept and we did enjoy a nice swim. Pictures on the website were a little deceiving--thought there was a full sized refrigerator and more of a true "suite." This was just a small refrigerator and microwave, which was OK. The fixtures in the bathroom very very old and the bottom of the shower looked old and dirty. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We did sleep quite well. The location of the hotel is optimal as well. Unfortunately, there were no highchairs in the breakfast area, so we ended up having to go out for breakfast, which kind of defeated the purpose of my searching for a suitable place to stay that included breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel only if someone was willing to sacrifice some comforts for an inexpensive place to stay for no more than 1 or 2 nights.

Great stay, convenient location. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The only down side was the lack of an elevator.
