Their was alot of traffic in and out of the hotel hallway's all night long. We were the first room entering the hall, and coudlnt believe how many people came and went all night, even at 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. The rooms had no insulation or sound barrier, we could clearly hear the people next door to us as if we were all in the same room. The lock was busted off the inside of the door, the deadbolt worked but you couldnt use the lock that flips over at the top.

Great price and location for quick convenient stays. Close to Bass Pro, Hospital, and local dining spots. Always fair priced, free internet access, and decent continental breakfast.

enjoyed the stay
really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Hotel was pretty quiet. Rooms are large and comfy. Staff was friendly. Nothing to complain about. Got a good deal online, so worth the money.

Good Value
Reservation was ready and we checked in promptly. Room nice size and bed comfy. Didn't like the Second floor walk up or being next to the ice machine. Breakfast attendent was focused on attending to her children rather than keeping the food supplied. Expected more variety than cereal, waffles and rolls. At checkout clerk said she could not provide me with a final statement which I found curious.

Just what I needed
Days Inn Springfield South was just what I needed. I checked in and went up to my room. My room wasn't clean yet but the maid just finished cleaning the room next door and said I could have that one. She called down to the front desk for me and then the front desk girl brought me up a new room key. It was very seemless. Everyone was very nice. I will stay there again when I go to visit my daughter at college.

My review of Days Inn Springfield South
The Days Inn Springfield South hotel was a very big let down. When we got there the staff was nice but we got to the room tried to switch the lights on and that didn't work, half of the lights in the room didn't work, a couple of the outlets didn't work and the cable that connects the tv to the cable was missing. We went down to the front desk and asked them about it and all the girl could say was that wow i would be really upset too. I was shocked that someone at that hotel would have a response like that i am not going to recommend this hotel to any of my friends. In the morning we got up and went to get breakfast and half of the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. I could have just had a bad hotel room but i am not going to be staying in any of the Days Inn hotels again if i can get away with it. Although the Bass Pro shop was right across the street and that was part of the reason for staying at that hotel i would choose a different hotel and just drive to the Bass Pro shop.

The Bass Pro shop is a walk across the street and it takes about 6 minutes to get to Missouri State University.
