Great Stay
The room was clean and comfort. The workers (not the front desk ones) were friendly. The food was okay but people who work in the steak house made our dining perfect.

Ok considering....
I didnt get to choose the type of room i needed for the occasion. But other than that we had a blast. Great hotel & staff, will definitely be returning soon. Oh yeah, love the jacuzzi's & indoor/outdoor pool!!

Great stay
It is a clean and upscale place. I just came form cosmopolitan Las Vegas. I would rate it a five star hotel similar to cosmo.

great getaway
the room was large and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The free valet parking for hotel guests was an aded plus. The casino was very big and we had a lot of fun there. The hotel is within walking distance from historic St. charles which will be good in warmer months. We will be back again and again

Great weekend getaway
The room was beautiful. The sunken living room that looked over the river was great to relax in. The room was clean and very quiet. The casino was busy but pleasant and fun in spite of the cigarette smoke. We had room service for breakfast and it was quick and hot when it arrived w/in 30 minutes. This hotel was well worth the few extra dollars. We cannot wait to return again next month.

4 hour wait
Showed up at 5 to check in had a birthday dinner at 6:30 that I had to miss because I did not get my room till almost 9 because of a computer system problem. They did nothing to accommodate my inconvenience. But the room and casino was nice.

fantastatic couple get away
we had a couple get away, beautiful room, we got a top floor view of river, beautiful at night. casino very clean. enjoyable upscale hotel and casino, only negative was big party in next room, noisy. Otherwise nice trip!
