Good Downtown Hotel with free parking!
Nice room, bed, pool and hot tub. This hotel is located on Market St. about 7-8 blocks from the Scottrade Center. Best feature of all for me was not having to shell out $15-$25 for parking like some other nearby hotels!

Very friendly staff, great rooms, very comfortable bed. Bathroom spotless. For the location, as close as it was to many attractions, the rate was quite good. Highly recommend.

Perfect business trip
The hotel was very friendly to business travelers. Lobby, amenities, and location was spot on. Staff was friendly and helpful. Liked the breakfast choices, its nice to get eggs cooked to order in a Courtyard. I like that!

It's worth it to pay a bit extra to include breakfast in the room fee; it's really good food but would be much more expensive if paying alacarte.

the O.k. , the bad ,very bad,terrible
First, they had no record of my reservation.@nd the had no record of me paying extra for breakfast included. 3rd and for me the worst was that we took in a baseball game and my 9yr old son left his glove by mistake in the taxi. we did not realize til we were on the road heading out. We called the front desk and ask if they would approach cabbie who was in front of their hotel every time we arrived or left and inquire and get back with us and they have yet to call back either of the 2 numbers we left.

Nice and clean!
This hotel was very nice and especially clean. The staff was extra friendly and helpful with regards to giving us directions. We would definitely consider going back there again.

Easy to get to location, with a pool! very comfortable rooms and excellent staff. The newly remodeled lounge is amazing. Worth the stay!

Not so good not so bad
Me n my friends stayed the hotel for2 days. It was not that bad but not satisfyable either. Location is not in downtown so far but still close from town.
