My two year old had a great time. I think this resort is great for any age child.

Left feeling sad that we had not gone before and sadder knowing that our 12 year old son had just about grown out of this type of experience.

sorry to say but this was one of the worst places I have ever stayed for the money that i paid. First the room had not been cleaned. The comode was broken and would not flush. Towels was so small we had a hard time taking a bath. The sofa was broken The sheets on the bed was soured and smelled awful. room was molded smell The owner of the motel gave us some more sheets , and was very nice about the bed. we had to go over to the office and get clean towels. If there had been any where else for us to stay I would have checked out the minute I went into the room.

Ok for one night. Nothing fancy. No breakfast but resturants nearby.

The room had a lot of extra noise coming from the hallway and from the exhaust fan in the bathroom. It was clean however.

I was in Charlotte attending a funeral. Breakfast was great. Location of hotel was ideal and within walking distance of many nice eating places.

Check in was fine,room was very comfortable,breakfast was average. The only problem was our toilet was stopped up and the communal restroom in the lobby was out of order, therefore, we didn't have a bathroom to use in the morning. After several request a maintenance man was sent up. Location was convienent to the mall and several dining establishments.

Stayed there four years ago when it was first built for three months and was very pleased with the service and facilities. My visit for one night was a disappointment. Most areas of the hotel including room smelled of cigarette smoke and overall upkeep was not good. Location is great near restaurants, shopping and Lowes Motor Speedway but needs an overhaul bad.

This hotel is under new management, and the change is not exactly a great thing. It has affected the courtesy and attitudes of the staff. This change has also caused cutbacks on housekeeping. The hallways constantly smell of smoke, and the noise level at 2am is unbearable. Oh, and for those of you who have visited this area before, like my family, don't bring your pets anymore. Although the website states they are pet friendly, they are not! This became a major issue for our family, resulting in our having to kennel our dog for two weeks. Had we been informed of this change before traveling, we could have left him with friends or family at home and saved ourselves a ton of money, not to mention our dog's comfort during that time. They claim to be so economical, but for the price we paid for the room and the kennel, we could have stayed with our dog at a nicer hotel in Charlotte. We will never stay here again.

I took 4 teenage girls on an overnighter for a shopping spree at Concord Mills. The room was spacious enough for all their "stuff", everyone had a very comfortable bed, everything was very clean and breakfast was great. The hotel was 2 minutes to Concord Mills and had great restaurants as close as the same parking lot. Great getaway experience!

They were very helpfull with anything that I needed

Easy to get to fom I-85. Plenty of convenient parking. Registration was a piece of cake and the staff was polite and helpful.The room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel is very close to many restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed our 2 nights at this property.

Having to travel on short notice for a memorial service is tough enough with having to worry about the hotel, and I can confidently say that the Courtyard Marriott Concord was perfect for my needs. It's very close to I-85 and a short drive to the Charlotte airport, with tons of restaurants nearby. I was surprised at the quality of my room, being exceptionally clean and well appointed, and the staff was super-considerate and caring (thanks, Lizz!). I would definitely stay here again anytime and will choose a Marriott property first in the future.

We were traveling with four adults and two children and stayed in a 2-bedroom suite. It was very comfortable, enough space for everyone. Nice and quiet so we were all able to get a good nights rest. The breakfast was very good and staff were friendly, what more could you want.

For a great price, stayed just outside of Charlotte

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Tybee Island, GA. The hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Our only complaint is that our room was beside a boiler room/storage area and in the early hours of the morning staff continuously went in and out creating a lot of noise. Otherwise, we would definitely stay there again but suggest a different room.

We arrived and the desk agent was very pleasant. Was just a little upset that we had to walk the whole length to get to our room which was on the upper floor. I forgot to request a lower level. the steps were quite disappointing.. some were spongy and then some were really big steps in height. The mattresses on both beds were saggy in the middle and I had a backache for 3 days. Otherwise, OK for the quick stop.

Cheap Tickets did not advise us that there were no "non-smoking" rooms available when we booked and requested that, as well we did not have adjacent rooms that we had wanted. We realize that this was not the Days Inn problem, but it was disappointing.

We went to Concord for a Auto show at the Lowes Motorspeedway. We stayed at this hotel because the rates were resonable. The customer service was excellent but the hotel itself not so good. It was clean but very loud. There is train track right beside the hotel and it goes by about every hour so. And you can hear every noise outside your door. It was ridiculously loud. And the parking lot is very small and no place to turn around.

Barely passable accomodation. Toilet paper holder falling off wall, water faucet very hard to find where water stops running, and frequent trains run 100yds. from the building throughout the night. Only because the races were in town was this motel able to get away with charging $110 - 115 per night.

We have stayed at Springhill Suites for years...so many times I can't count...Staff is extraordinary...suites...so roomy...used to have two TV's to accommodate suite status...now have REMOVED a TV...BAD idea...we have living room...and distinct bedroom...that is why we have suite..two TV's was always best in area..now only one...so comparable to local choices...but amenities still wonderful...coffee maker, microwave, kitchen sink...living room couch, chair, coffee table...and ah...no TV...awesome location...

The hotel overall was not bad. However, I classify places differently based on expectation from the governing chain. Motel 6, while vastly superior to what they were even 10 years, does not elicit a great expectation as they are forthcoming about what they are: a cheap, reasonably clean place to sleep. Marriott, on the other hand, as this hotel was, exudes a higher standard (at a much higher price) so I expect more from one of their facilities. Upon arrival in the room, we noticed there were no trash bags in any of the suite's many wastebaskets. Minor detail, sure, but still something I've never encountered in a long list of hotel/motels. It was remedied quickly enough after a call to the desk. The suite floorplan itself was somewhat poorly laid out with the arrangement of TV stands impeding easy access between "rooms" and the bathroom. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The pool was useable enough, although two hours after it opened in the morning there were no pool towels stocked. The lack of any water on the deck suggested the pool had not been used yet that morning. More of an inconvenience to have to retrieve towels from the front desk, it was yet another detail that should have been seen to earlier. Breakfast was the usual fare, with the exception that the coffee was unpalatable. I spent 26 years in the military so I'm not exactly picky when it comes to coffee, but this was bad. I will say that the hotel staff was quick to rectify these issues; however, in a hotel of this class and price these issues shouldn't have existed to begin with. I will probably consider another chain for my next upcoming trip.

This hotel has the perfect price/service rate and is an excelent choice for those looking for a weekend event at the Lowes motor speedway! I made all the way long from Mexico and I am very happy with what I got!

Our stay at the wyngate was very relaxing our rooms and lein was alwasy clean everyday.Breakfeast was great and good and hot,Staff was a hug help when we needed them.Will stay again.

Shopping and dnner and movie with my sweetie

We were visiting family and chose Comfort Suites based on previous reviews. We were extremely happy with the room, service, breakfast but felt that they needed to do a better job with the vacuum. We certainly would chose Comfort Suites for any trip in the future
