Fiesta Henderson Station Casino

When we got there to check in we were told there was a $100 deposit! I had paid for the room in full, 3 weeks prior. They reduced it to $50 but still, I have never had to give a deposit on a room before. Then when we checked out we had to wait 10 minutes while they inspected the room to make sure there was no damage. We ate at the Mexican restaurant and the food was terrible. We'll never stay there again.

First off the hotel is great for price. Very comfortable beds and clean. My check in clerk was great and very helpful because it was my first stay. But when I checked out the clerk(Aina) that helped me didnt know what she was doing and made me more confused about final bill. So she.was supposedly going to get the manager to fix my bill mix up then call me. But of course that never happened. She was more concerned about line build up than fixing my problem.

This hotel is perfect for your trip to Las Vegas. I didn't have to fight the downtown traffic, the parking garage was very well lite, the motel is huge and has everything you will possible need all inside and super clean and the best of all it is not smoke filled...The motel room is large and very clean. I booked this motel online and paid only 22 dollars so I was kind of worried as to what kind of room I was going to get since it was so inexpensive. My family will definitely stay here every trip to Las Vegas I only wish I had know of this motel a couple years back.

Price on O r b i t z was $60 more than the actual hotel's website prices. Room was clean, beds were REALLY comfortable, fast food dining was GOOD, neighborhood was quiet and not in a spooky area, easy access off the 515 and 8 miles + away from the strip. Pool was closed :-( We needed a decent hotel that was pet friendly---this one was fine for about $90/nt.

We made the mistake of using my credit/debit card at hotel checkin which was supposed to be held for $72.00 till checkout and then refunded to the card. We were staying 2 days. The hotel clerk accidently typed in $772.00 instead and that amount was taken out of my card for 3 - 5 days..... my available amount was then allmost nothing. I told the front desk about it and they had noticed the error and immediately voided the charges, however it takes banks a few days to fix that, so my available was still out that much for 4 days. I understand mistakes do happen, but I was most upset that the hotel clerk realized he made this mistake and didn't tell me. No message on my room phone, or cell phone. If I had not gone to the atm to get $100 out to play some slots I would not have even known this had occurred and could have gone out shopping, etc... and been totally unprepared and embarrassed when my card was declined. The hotel mgr did give me a $50 food voucher to use at the hotel and some free movie tickets, but I had only my previous $100 to play slots with and had planned to play with about $250-$300. So that was no fun at all. I did ask him to comp me $100 for slots but he said "no, he could not do that". I realize it was a mistake and he was trying to be nice and helpful, etc... but still the bottom line was that I had no funds in my account for 3 days and we still had to travel home to another state, get gas and eat the next day. I finally had to call a family member to loan me some money to get home on. I don't know what we would have done if they hadn't been able to help.. Also we have stayed here at least 6 times before so they know we are good customers and come down every 6 weeks to see my daughters doctor. I do like the hotel itself, it has nice rooms, good food, movie theater and it's clean and easy to park. My other visits were nicer than this last one, so just warning not to ever use a debit card to hold a room! Hard lesson learned.

We always enjoy staying at Fiesta Henderson because the accommodations are comfortable and the casino has the best full-pay video poker machines - even nickels. We also enjoy the free video poker and slot tournaments and good buffet. If you have a car and don't have to stay on the strip, you'll enjoy Fiesta Henderson (as well as the other nearby locals hotels/casinos) on or near the Boulder HIghway.

Great room for the price. Our room had some splatter marks on the connecting door. But a very comfortable room.

Inexpensive hotel, good location, and excelent value

nice but a little far away from the strip. Easy to park and get to room.

Checked in around 9:45 p.m. on a Tues night. Price was unbeatable! Wished that there was less of a smoke smell as my wife gets headaches just from the smell, but can't complain for what we paid. The room cost just as much as the buffet breakfast without their special club card. Still a good deal for one night!
