Comfort Inn Airport

This hotel is off the strip but close enough to walk there. The Hard Rock hotel is across the street and UNLV is close. I had a car so everything was doable. The hotel is just what is should be, a place to go back to and sleep. Very comfortable and clean. There was a small kitchen to keep food cold and a microwave. The doors to the rooms are exposed to the parking lot, but I still felt safe. It was quieter than the strip.

This was a great value! It's not too far from the strip so it was nice when you are visiting Vegas on a budget. The room and bed were very comfortable. It had a small kitchen and also had enough room for my boyfriend and I to get ready. It also had a courtesy shuttle but it stopped at 10 which is way too early. The shuttle time would be the only thing I would want to change.

We knew we would not spend much time in a hotel room in Vegas, so we chose this place as it met a "budget price" range, and also did not have "hidden" resort fees like some of the other casino-hotels. And, I think that was a good decision. This place met our requirements - room was clean and of good size, bed was comfortable, the bath was clean (and kept that way every day), they provided some breakfast (not fancy but it is something) and the staff was helpful (if and when we needed anything). In some ways, I would even say that it was a pleasant revelation simply because we had braced ourselves for worse. (And, that is not a reflection of reviews of Comfort Inn itself but generally of most hotels in Vegas). For instance, the room provided a microwave, refrigerator and even an ironing board - so, for those wanting to stay long enough to make use of these, this would be a great place!! Now, for some cons and things that can be better. This hotel is not "walkable" distance to the strip (we did try that once for sport and it took us a good 35 mins), so you would need a car or use a taxi to get there. Factor that in when you are planning your trip. The silver lining is that the hotel does have a shuttle service from the hotel to select spots in the strip - they even pick you up from those points to get back to the hotel. And, here is where they can get better. I would have thought they would run the shuttle in the form of a loop route at specific times of the day. They dont. Instead, any guest can ask for the shuttle and use if it available. So, a couple of times, we missed the shuttle within seconds of it leaving the hotel - which means having to wait another 15-20 mins for it to get back, depending on how far the earlier trip is. While I understand this provides flexibility, I think it is an inefficient arrangement. They could have more people using this service if it runs at pre-determined timings so everyone knows when it leaves and more importantly, when it is at each point on the strip for the return. Something to work on. Also, for a city that runs 24 hours, it is surprising the shuttle only runs upto 10 PM. They can do better than that. That apart, definitely a recommend if you want to stay "budget" and keep some money for whatever happens on the "strip"!!

Great Hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Short drive to the strip where you can park in any of the hotels or you can take the free shuttle from the hotel. 24 hour coffee in reception, but the rooms had coffee, a little kitchen area, microwave, great bathroom space and quite a bit room. We were very pleased.

The hotel was clean, but the shuttle was unreliable and nonexistent and that was why I chose this hotel...

Location and stay was fantastic.

The hotel is quiet. Good location. Unfortunately I would not go back. The headboard of my bed (45-50lbs) fell on m due to lack of adequate mounting into the drywall. Mounting bracket screws pull right out because they are not anchored. Fortunately I was on my stomach watching tv so I was not injured. [...]

Shower Squealed, Van to take places was always gone somewhere. Van back in 10 minutes was the standard answer but not accurate ever. Room was clean Front desk hospitality changed with the person on duty

It was my 21st bday decided to celebrate it big but on budget. Me and my friends booked 4 rooms. Sadly our rooms very not all together but the hotel is not that big so it wasnt a big deal. The hotel staff were kinda rude and unhelpful but hey this place is cheap. There is a free shuttle ! that will drop you off and pick you up which was amazing but it does stop at 12am though. Overall it was a great stay if your trying to save money and not stay on the strip which is $$$$.

Comfort Inn was a great place to stay, close enough to the strip to use the shuttle or by car, and better yet to walk! We walked the strip, lots of choices when it comes to food. We attended the David Copperfield Show! Which was amazing, and offered a 'close-up' audience view!
