Dogs are permitted to walk through designated common areas while on a leash and accompanied by the owner. Check in time for PetStay rooms is 4pm; dog owners must be prepared to accommodate your dogs until your room is ready. Dogs are the only animals allowed under the PetStay program. Dogs must be kenneled or out of the room during housekeeping. Ein sehr schönes Hotel und eine super Lage!
Nettes Personal, schöne Hotelausstattung und tolle Lage am Strip. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Das Casino ist groß und es sind viele kleine Lädchen vorhanden. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel!

Der Weg zu den bekanntesten Sachen und Sehenswürdigkeiten ist gut zu Fuß zu schaffen. Langeweile kann einfach nicht aufkommen.

Perfect for what I needed
I was at a convention being held across the street. I saved $200 by staying at Harrah's with just a simple walk across the street. Being a single woman, I felt safe in the hotel and on the street. All the staff was completely polite and courteous! I will stay there again at the next convention!

best deal for the money
I have stayed at almost every hotel in Vegas and Harrah's was the best deal for the money on this trip. It might not be a "mega" resort but it has the best location on the strip, not to far from anything, and the room had just been renovated. At $32 per night it was the place to stay.

Generally comfortable & clean
no major issues. Was a good deal. However, if you are at all a light sleeper, I cannot recommend. Hotel rooms have a lot of self-noise (weird little clicks and blips) and the walls & door are anything but soundproof. Otherwise was comfortable & staff was pleasant.

Awesome for a group getaway!!
Location, location, location!!!! This hotel is located in the center of everyting!! Shopping, food, and slots all in one... what more could you ask for!!!

Horrific Customer Service - Worst in Vegas
I had 4 day stay in Harrah's. On the day of arrival, lady at the front desk said the deluxe room i have booked and pre-paid, is no longer available and i have to spend the night in dirty, smelly ordinary room. Next day asked the front desk to be moved to my booked deluxe room. They moved me to deluxe room but when i look at the fee, there was 16$ upgrade fee. While moving to new room i left one important item on the previous room. I contacted front desk to see if lost and found has the item. Since i was there for conference, i told front desk i will not be there from 8-6PM and for a 24 hour open casino, lost and found is only M-F 9-4PM. So on Friday, 3rd day, i asked a guy in the front desk, i won;t be in hotel until 7 PM so how can i talk with Lost & Found Personnel, he indicated i should check back Saturday since they are open 9-4PM. On saturday moning at 9:30 i ask the front desk personnel, the lady says lost and found is closed on Saturday and Sunday. I left on Sunday so i had to leave without finding my lost item. The shuttle to the airport they have for $7 Per Person, driver of the shuttle is rude. He should be fired. Customer service staff do not have enough knowledge, they have their own version of truth.

Title says it all- Harrah's is not luxurious, but is in a super location, a good value, and nothing wrong with it.

I will not stay here again!!!!
Plumbing had issues..sink and tub backing up. Outlets in bathroom not working. Room service stated on thing and charged another. Walls very thin, couldn't use clock radio without neighbor complaints. Inconveniences you shouldn't have to deal with when staying at a hotel...especially in Vegas. Staff were very friendly.
