Comfortable hotel, would stay again
Was clean, comfortable. Didn't like being there by myself since my room was down 4 long hallways and a different building than the hotel lobby. Good breakfast, VERY busy! Didn't check out the pool. Friendly staff. Heard that pets are free, didn't see any evidence in the rooms of pets. Like I said, clean rooms. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a reasonable place to stay and free breakfast. Free shuttle to/from hotel, the strip and the mall!

Not what I expected
Rooms were suppose to be suites, but were really just regular rooms with a dorm fridge and microwave. Didn't fulfill our request of obtaining a crib for our infant. Pictures of a sofa bed are misleading...there was no sofa bed in our room.

a good place to overnight before an early flight
I needed a place to spend the night before a 6am flight, and this one worked perfectly. A decent choice of food within walking distance, too (and only a few blocks to the Strip, for those who care).

Checked in for a few hours before an early morning flight out of LAS. Clean, convenient, nice Jacuzzi in the room, free wireless internet.

Excellent location, infrastructure could use work though
We were looking for a pet-friendly hotel located close to the strip and La Quinta Inn fit the bill. There was no additional pet deposit or hassle, just a quick form to fill out and we were on our way. The location was unbeatable, only a minute off the strip, and right across the street from Del Frisco's Steakhouse! My only two complaints regarding my stay were the EXTREMELY low-flush toilets and a strong smell of human waste on our last day (I guess someone found out about low-flush toilets the hard way) It's a great place if you're on a budget and bringing pets but I'm going to look around a bit more before staying here again.

Del Frisco's is one of the best steakhouses I've been to in Vegas and only a short walk away. The crab cakes are divine and I haven't had a bad cut of meat from here yet!

The only draw back is the huge size. It is designed for someone arriving in a car. We arrived in a cab and the walk from the lobby to the room with luggage was over 1 1/2 blocks, including in and out of doors requiring keys !!

Perfect inexpensive off strip option
The staff was really friendly, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. The only complaint would be the shower, which let out a trickle. I'm all about a powerful shower. But other than that, truly satisfactory and a price performer. I'd certainly stay again!
