Upon arrival we were given a 2 double room when we had reserved a king. The lady at the desk went out of her way to accommodate us and get us a king room. It is an older hotel but it is very charming! The room was a nice size, and the restaurant in the hotel was very good!

We read some previous reviews and were not expecting much the hotel was very nice I travel alot for work this is a very unique and comfortable place to stay and relax with a great small town in walking distance with great places to eat with a small dinner movie theater a few blocks away that was very cozy

My experince was lousy at best. No record of my reservation. Room clean but I could see through the very small towels. No bath mat, no shelf in the shower for soap etc. No secondary lock on the inside of the door. New moulding so somebody ripped it off. Pool supposed to be open until 10 PM, locked at 8:30. Would help is the front desk staff could speak ENGLISH!!!

I found it very inconvenient to arrive at the advertised Econo Lodge in Glens Falls, NY and being told I had to continue to the next highway exit and town and stay at the Rodeway Inn in Queensbury, NY. My wife and I had made plans for locations close to the Econo Lodge and had to abandon them when we were notified we couldn't stay there. I wasn't even offered the option of a refund and deciding for myself if I wanted to stay elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

room was adequate, came late and left early so can't say much about hotel. Proximity to Saratoga was reason for booking, reasonable price for location. Anything closer to Saratoga was outrageous since it was August.

this quality inn is very conveniently located to the northway, mall, and restaurants. it is a good value for the dollar when you are on the road.
