Das Hotel ist schön und gut aber bisschen zu sehr Abseits ander east Upper Side und somit sind's meistens lange Fusswege zum Central Park und den Avenues. Trotzdem gut.

The location in Upper East Manhattan and reasonable price are the best part of this hotel. The room was clean but the electric appliances were not the best; I had some issues turning on-off the lights. The heater was also kind of loud, I preferred to switch it off at night. No free internet was offered.

We hold an annual event in NYC and the Bentley Hotel has been our hotel of choice for the last two years. Great location for us, reasonably priced, great views and very comfortable beds. As a temporary "home away from home", it works very well.

Fantastic hotel although restaurant staff need a bit of a gee up, waited an hour for any food then main meal arrived starter never did.

Hotel was a perfect location for us to explore, the beds were slightly too small, the view we had from room 1203 was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a fantastic visit to NYC and The Bentley.

En arrivant devant l'hotel, pas d'impression particulière, quelques interrogations seulement. Le personnel est accueillant. Pas un ne parle le français, ce qui est un peu étrange mais bon, c'est les US... La chambre est pas mal mais dans l'ensemble, la déco est vieillissante. Un rafraichissement de l'ensemble permettrait sans doute de faire paraitre l'hotel plus "étoilé". Le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus au tarif. Et les tarifs de la nourriture parait prohibitif. Bon, une fois qu'on a fait le tour de NY, on se rend compte qu'ils ne sont pas forcément si chers.

We enjoyed the view from the 17th floor and liked the style of the interior. It cost a lot though, and the location was a long walk from the subway.

The rooms were very nice and the staff was friendly. The only complaint that we had was the maids door outside our room kept slamming when they went in and out. All in all, very nice hotel!

We had reserved a king sized bedroom which upon arriving found out that they had no available king sized rooms and would need to put me and my wife in a two bed room. We were unable to switch out and were told that booking through third party sites did not specifically get us what we paid for ...? Aside from the front desk seemingly like they didn't have a clue what was going on when checking in us or other guests, the location and price was reasonable for a NYC trip I think.
